“Very nice experience. Nathan helped me get back on the road safely. I had a flat but it couldn't be repaired so I got two new tires. It took about 15 minutes top for the services. I was impressed. This was actually the second place I went to. The first place said I would have to leave my car all day. So I'm thankful I left and decided to come here. Speedy service is always a plus. The customer service was exceptional. Awesome work guys.”

“Having a roof rack means my automated car wash options are very limited. I was in Modesto on other business and Googled Mapped my way to TipTop Express Car Wash. As I sat in my car, the attendant took my card and selected and paid for the $15.00 car wash that I chose. He then handed me a drying cloth, dashboard wiping cloth, and a new car smell air freshener. The attendant also performed a pre-wash/scrub of my front window, side mirrors, and grill. After the express automated car wash and dry was complete (about 5 minutes, I think), the attendant hand dried my windows -- as he talked on his cell phone. The 80°+ weather very quickly took care of the rest. This car wash was not the best, but it was better than nothing. And again, it was quick!”

“This team is absolutely top notch! It takes a seriously exemplary experience for me to take the time to write a review, so here it goes. Fez in service was super helpful, clear and thorough over the phone, he took the time to check in with the techs regarding lead time, called me back with in-depth answers last week and was consistent with that same level of professionalism when I arrived in person a week later. He worked in unison with an excellent tech Mike that jumped right on replacing my leaking fork seals that had disabled my bike and kept me from enjoying the last month of rain free riding weather. My positive experience transitioned into the parts department. Bryce located everything needed to complete the work and was quick to field questions, remaining super positive even though I sent him searching for random parts in the warehouse on 3 occasions for a 20yr old motorcycle. He went the extra mile to add the part number for a couple grommets in need of replacement, (found by mikes thorough inspection) to my receipt. Their turn around time was insanely fast (same day even but stars aligned) as they pushed to squeeze my work order into their busy schedule. The price was also the lower then I was quoted at an independent shop, which blew my mind for the level of service I experienced. Todays events solidified who I am buying my next bike from, tearing me away from the draw of something German or Italian and will be the only shop I go to for maintenance moving forward”
