I was informed who my limo driver would be and given his contract information. I was informed when he was I. The way to pick me up and when he arrived. He came early - what a pleasant surprise! “I've had the opportunity to work with Brides by the Falls multiple times as a Cleveland wedding photographer. This is a boutique that I wholeheartedly recommend to my brides for a few reasons. The first being that the service here is impeccable! Over the last few weeks the store was flooded due to a building issue. Because I have brides with them I have an up close view of what's taking place. I am BLOWN away by how Jennifer and her team is handling what could have been a catastrophic issue. “I shop at BFD as much as possible. They always have the right stuff in stock. As fellow riders they know what items you need. I’ve brought my bike in to do some internal maintenance on the engine and they had it in and out. Their customer service is excellent. For example, I bought a tire and it was shredded first ride because of a factory malfunction. Dean said “no problem” and gave me a new one at cost. I will be a loyal customer and I would recommend fellow riders to do the same. Keep up the good work Team BFD.”

“I booked an appointment to see one of their used car at their facilities early on a Saturday morning. On the day of my appointment, I left from Ottawa to Magog. After driving for 2 hours and around 200 km, one of the sale reps called me and told me that the car was sold the day before. His excuse for not calling me earlier was that, they got my number incorrectly even thou I've been texting back and forth with one of their reps for at least a week to arrange the appointment. The guy I talked to through the phone promised I would be compensated for my time and car's mileage by sending me some gas card but It's been more than a week and I still didn't hear back from them. The guy I've been contacting, also the one who set up the appointment, texted me asking about my appointment, I don't know if there's not communication between their team or what or maybe they texted just to trolled me. I told him the situation and got no reply from him. Note that, he replied to me almost instantly every time I asked about the car. I wonder if this is professional and acceptable. I hope salesman could be more humane and care more about other people a little bit. Getting money and commission for a sold car is cool but please don't joke around with people time and effort.”

“Great auction, wide variety of vehicles and very courteous staff. Diane, Ruqaiya, Mareena, Miranda, Britney and Kelly at the front line are all an absolute pleasure to deal with! These ladies have great customer service skills and know how to look after their customers. They always explain the processes so well and very good at offering the dealers a delightful and worry-free experience. I am most impressed with their arbitration department which I’d say is the best not only in Canada but in the entire North America. Dealt with Waleed a couple of times who is one of the most well groomed professionals I’ve come across so far, super knowledgeable and a thorough gentleman who never compromises on professionalism and ethics regardless of how big or small a dealer is. I bought a vehicle from a big dealer that didn’t have reverse and even though it was purchased as-is but since the seller hid this information Waleed was able to cancel the sale for me. A lot of auctions have very unethical business practices but I know that as long as Waleed is there I don’t have to worry about being scammed by shady dealers as he has the courage to call a spade a spade which a lot of cowards don’t. We need more people like him in leadership roles in the industry. Amanda is also a pleasure to deal with. She is solutions oriented and both her and Waleed make a great team. So have no fear as long as A & W are there! The reason this is such a great auction is because of the leadership of Jason the auction manager. He has been there for more than 2 decades and he knows how to keep everyone happy and run the business ethically. Answering all my emails and many questions. They were ON TIME with the project. Even a day early! Photos were sent to me as build progressed. Even a video of my car on the dyno. I have used Speed in the past with a large build as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality speed shop in the area.
