“First off, probably like most, I do not look forward to going to a dealership for a vehicle purchase but... I was searching for months for a truck, with the crazy prices of vehicles and limited inventory it wasn't easy. I was driving by one day and spotted they had the truck I was looking for out front. Going in blind to the sales floor to any random salesman I will say, my experience here was one of the most pleasant out of all my dealership experiences. From the salesman, sales manager and finance manager I will say they were great. No pressure, easy going and made the deal work for me. Fast forward a few months I came back for the trucks first service. Scheduling was very easy online, the service department members were good to deal with and the service prices were fairly reasonable. This is how a dealership should handle business from sales to service because of that, they will have returning business from me. Appreciate a well run business with friendly staff.”

“I went there Wednesday evening with a flat tire decided to do all four tires. And although they were fast and reasonable, it was unacceptable that I left with my tire not completely fastened to my car. I made it two blocks before the tire came half off if I did not own my own Lug wrench I would’ve been screwed or had I not realize something was wrong something far worse could’ve happened. I went back to the shop. They did admit their wrong but no manager owner was available when I called multiple times. I keep getting the runaround. I find the unprofessionalism at its highest so now I’m leaving a review so your owner can see this you know exactly which car it was and I’m getting really ticked off $380 for my life to be in jeopardy because you couldn’t take an extra five seconds to make sure the Lugnuts were put on properly. SPEED SHOULD NOT PRIORITIZE OVER SAFTEY EVER!!!!”

“Went in for oil change and tire rotation. I drive from 1.5 hours away and told service assistant before I left the coolant and brake fluid looked low. He said not to worry they will top off any fluids in the free multi-point inspection. Got home and both fluids are still well below the Minimum fluid marker. I can just fill myself, but pretty disappointing.”

“The car wash has seemingly gone downhill. I dont know what it is but its so inconsistent. One day it might clean the car fine but most days its almost like they crank up the speed on the tracks and it cleans terribly. The back of a car should never be not cleaned like the attached photo to this review and yet many times, thats what I drive away with. Its not like there is anything in this area to prevent it from being cleaner. You can see where it was clearly just not touched leaving the dirt behind. I think they used to know it did this and someone would scrub the back of every car with a broom thing before going in. They dont seem to do that anymore even when not busy. This was the result after their "triple wash"”
