“One of the worst car experiences that I have ever had! Did not balance the NEW tires so I had to go back. When I went for the balancing part of the job (that should have been done when the NEW tires were mounted) they totally ruined the wheels. Scratches and dents. I’ve reached out to them several times thinking surely they aren’t going to do nothing. Well they will do nothing. See photos. Ladies beware.”

“I want to give a huge shout out to riverside automotive for helping my daughter out yesterday. I live in South Carolina and called saying her car would not start and we had just had riverside replace the battery a few months ago. She got it started and took it to riverside auto to have it checked before her big trip to the upper peninsula of Michigan. Riverside diagnosed it as a bad starter. Before we could even get an estimate they had replaced the starter and came back to her saying that they had replaced it and merry Christmas. No charge at all. Those guys are true Americans in my eyes and my daughter will be forever grateful and will continue to bring her Kia soul to them. Words cannot express how grateful we are for them at riverside automotive!”

That's not something you want to hear. E & T made it as painless as possible and updated me along the way, checking with me before doing anything. I had another issue that they repaired and only charged me for the part not labor. I had my car back in less than 2 days. They are top notch and I will continue to use them in the future.”

“I am deeply disappointed with the service my father received at your establishment. My father, who recently underwent a quadruple bypass and is still in a weakened state, had scheduled an appointment to have his tires replaced on Saturday, 1/27/24. Upon arriving for the scheduled appointment, we were informed that the tire replacement had to be rescheduled. The reason given was that the shop had taken on an unscheduled brake job without an appointment and only had one lift available, which was occupied by the unexpected brake job. It is disheartening to note that when the appointment was originally made, there was no inquiry about the type of vehicle or any indication that such scheduling conflicts might arise. This lack of foresight and consideration for customers' time and well-being is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of your establishment. Given my father's health condition, this situation has caused undue stress and inconvenience. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the organizational shortcomings to ensure a more customer-centric and efficient service in the future.”

“While it did take a month for my vehicle to be completed, having an open line of communication with one point of contact, their QUALITY work, and their generous deductible program more than made up for this inconvenience. -I was able to speak to 1 person during this whole process(mike) instead of being bounced around to different departments.He knew my vehicle and he knew who I was so I didn't have to reexplain the situation with a new person every time. -The work was perfect, I couldn't even tell I had been in an accident!. They even cleaned and vacuumed the interior which was such a nice surprise. - They stand by their deductible program you hear advertised. They will pay 10% of your deductible. No haggling was necessary. I would come back again!”
