“Booked my car in to have 4 top-quality tyres fitted - cost of around £1,000. I booked a slot this morning at 10.15. I arrived back at 11.05 as they had said it would take around 45 mins - no mention that there might be a delay. The car still hadn't gone into the fitting bay. Couldn't wait another hour as had to get to work. What really annoyed me was that they just didn't seem bothered, and worst of all, offered no apology whatsoever. Rubbish service.”

“Very efficient. Waiting pleasant enough. Thought I had the correct locking wheel nut key; turned out to be for the caravan wheels. We all had a rummage and the main man found it! Should have been with the tyre pump and gunge. It is now. Now needs a good tidy up. Forgot to reset the monitoring. Newquay is very nice even in the rain. Very patient staff. Highly recommended. Needed some further alignment adjustment (extra).”

The delivery service has been faultless. I was kept informed of who was making the delivery and when and given an ETA on the day. On reflection, I had been a little uneasy about buying a car without seeing it in person but there was no need at all. Thanks to Castle Motors, my remote car buying experience has been refreshing and indeed a great pleasure. Highly recommended for prestige, high quality cars and customer service.”
