Mazda on Test Dr off Woodman Blvd wanted $13,000.00. Said the engine was seized and needed a new engine. Airport Automotive has my continued business. Trust goes along way, and they gave me updates and estimates thru the entire process, including weather it would be a 'nice to have' or 'need to have done' and why it needs to be done. “The worst body shop in the Colorado Springs area! Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. They took 2 months to fix some hail damage on my car and at the 4 week mark when I went to check on my car work hadn’t even been started on it and insurance had already cleared everything. When I finally got my car back after 2 months without a vehicle the hood was completely misaligned, the interior and exterior was covered in metal shavings and dirt (after I was promised it would be detailed and I waited longer for the detailer to clean it) and the brake lights were unplugged.(Didn’t notice this till I was driving home and my buddy called me) Everytime I called to ask what was going on with the car Jerome blew me off saying it would be ready soon and that more “unexpected” work kept popping up even tho they only fixed what was on the original estimate. Terrible shop take ur car anywhere else but here.”

“Yes this is a real review. And yes it is a BAD review. Maybe zip tying the broken emergency brake cable to the frame will ring a bell? Leaving a bolt loose when doing an alignment is kind of dangerous don't you think? Or how about selling a vehicle with a bad rear differential? But like your service department stated. They fix only what they are told to before its put on the lot for sale. You sold a vehicle that was dangerous to drive. And I was an idiot for not having a mechanic check it. I thought a vehicle safety inspection your company did was done honestly. THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW BUT IT IS AN HONEST ONE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.”

“Very disappointed and upset when they told me my car locked with the keys inside. I have an X6 BMW for 5 years and never happened to me before, they just didn’t take responsibility and lack of attention. The owner showed like no big deal we will get it unlocked. Few minutes later someone trying unlocking my vehicle with a tool and large wire stick. He got it unlocked but oh surprise when I got home I noticed all the scratches. I feel upset that I didn’t notice that there since I was in a rush and chasing my two little kids. Awful service, poor quality. Just business like this one does not move further and will always remain been little with low standards. No responsibility at all. Definitely no coming back and no taking my new X7.
