“We had excellent customer service by a sales person named Candace. We were looking for a ride on toy that showed there were 6 in stock. There were none on the shelves of either of the two locations they could have been on. The sales person checked with the back room and they couldn't be found. We were searching aisle by aisle because they had to be somewhere. Candace apologized to us and could sense our disappointment! She went to the back room again and checked another area it could be and low and behold there they were! I feel she should be commended on her top notch customer service!!”

“I do not recommend this store. Ordered 2 items on an online registry in July, both were out of stock. Was notified the items would take 4-6 weeks to restock. Notified for pickup on one of my items but not the other. Inquired about item after 6 week mark and was told it has not arrived. Tried again 2 weeks later, same result. Contacted the store again and the employee on the phone advised that she is unable to give a status on the order and to contact the owner directly, offering her personal number. I called the owner with no answer which directed me to her voicemail(which states that it is not monitored and to refer to texting). Texted owner the issue and my personal information with order identification. Once again radio silence. Called owner one last time and was ignored once again. Cancelled the order and purchased elsewhere for a cheaper price. I will be passing along my experience to friends and family who are soon to be parents.”

“My story with Nest Designs starts from purchasing a Bamboo Zip Footed Sleeper. The material is so light weight. My son enjoys so much sleeping in this PJ at night during the warm weather. The 9-layer hooded baby bath towel is one of my favorites too, as it absorbs the water so fast after bath. Not only is the material so soft, but also my son is so happy being wrapped up every time, he likes to play with the hoodie covering his face. My son looks so cute wearing Bandana bibs while keeping his little mouth dry. I love to feed my baby with Burp n Bibs, it’s really multipurpose. The materials are unbeatable, I also bought PJs for my husband and myself. It positively surprises me every time I make a purchase from Nest Designs and my story will keep going… Just share some items from my last purchase.”
