“Good Poundland, now with a better shop layout. Shelves are stocked and I usually find something I want or need at a cheaper price. Most of the staff are smiling, but seem rushed off their feet. It is what it is. Seems to have taken on Poundstretchers idea of things costing more than 1 pound but you can still find plenty of bargains.”

“Really great experience with Buggy Pitstop team. They did a phenomenal deep clean and service to our buggy. The buggy was quite dirty and came back looking brand new. Would highly recommend. Definitely worth the cost to get it cleaned and serviced.”

“Previously, we had a brilliant experience where Zoe really helped us understand the travel systems and pros and cons of different systems. Unfortunately, this time was the absolute opposite. No help from the staff. There were 3 staff members only one was occupied with another customer. The other 2 completely ignored us, one of which was Richard, the manager, the other was Libby. He walked past us and just looked at us with no acknowledgement at all. We helped ourselves with measuring the pram we wanted and left the store. It left us wondering whether it is store policy to not help the Black families as we sat and observed 2 other black families walk in and not get support. Safe to say we will not be spending our money here.”

I was kept informed of how long the process should take alongside when it was returned to them. Great customer service and would buy from them again.”

“Purchased a full bedroom set for our expected. Was told we could pick a date in store for delivery only then to receive and email 2 days before that the delivery is a delayed by 3 weeks and even then its a rough estimate. Now have to change plans with work to be in to receive this delivery. this is extremely in convenient and poor customer service”

“Shocking customer service at till area. Rude, abrupt and no idea about the concept of personal space. Last 2 visits have been the same, only this last visit ended up with me aborting my purchase mid way through. Do not appreciate being spoken to as if I'm a child. Something which was echoed by another lady outside of store, who had exactly the same experience. Will not use this store again, and will advise others to find a different store.”

“Please wash the sample shirts, they emit an awful smell and are not in any condition to touch human skin. I went to try on a few shirt sizes and all 3 absolutely stank. I went here to exchange a shirt, the lady at the till told me her manager might not let me exchange because I opened it, apparently sometimes you’re not allowed. Even though I folded it all back perfectly (I once worked retail). Luckily I was allowed to exchange but to think some people are refused refunds because it’s open is unjust. How are you meant to know if it fits. Another concern is the stock levels, they don’t have a full selection even though they’re a pretty big store with two floors. The staff aren’t that friendly, and don’t communicate well. The store could be very quite but the service is still slow and hard to find. I only visit here because of the convenience and easy parking. If you need to return or collect, this is the store. I don’t recommend coming here to browse.”
