The everything bagel with nova lox was crunchy on the outside and super flavorful. My wife’s egg, sausage and cheese on an everything was also great. We will be back!”

“My first time eating in the place as my last order was brought home to me. I opted to order the double bacon egg and cheese on a white wrap. My partner ordered the double bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel add cream cheese. She also ordered the largest size iced coffee (loved the coffee cubes). Lots of people inside but the lines moved quickly. Two ordering areas and one area to the side where people waited on pickup orders. There is seating available inside but it’s minimal and goes quick, and ample seating outside. We came on a Sunday and it was very busy but the way the staff moved it was quick. Both foods were so good. The wrap was piping hot. Coffee was lovely. Can’t wait to come back.”

“I do NOT recommend!!! I thought I would give this place a try. I ordered thin sliced deli meat at $27 per pound. What I got was abnormally extra thick sliced deli meat. Not a good way to get repeat customers especially when you are charging an Xtra 2% for to go orders. There are too many wonderful deli's in the area that are more than happy to accommodate their customers! I most certainly will NEVER come back!!!”

“Horrible! I’ve eaten at this franchise before and I’m so disappointed! I ordered a Bacon Avocado tomato and too my surprise when I pull over is NO BACON! And when I asked for salt pepper and ketchup packets they said they discontinued them and they don’t order them no more?!! What kind of business does that! And when I call to complain they just say sorry! Didn’t offer me a thing! Horrible don’t go to this location or the business! The only experience I could say is worth the one star is the lady at the drive thru she was very nice! I will go back and ask her if she wants a job at my job just to get her away from that business!”

“Update: We liked it so much that we went back Sunday, too! Got there at 10:30 am, definitely not as long a wait. Fresh bagel flavors came out while I was in line. Got the onion garlic breakfast sandwich with scallion cream cheese, cheddar, egg & added bacon. Wish they had regular sausage & not just vegan but no big deal, I like bacon. Wish there were more than 2 pieces of bacon so I could actually taste it, especially since it's $2 extra dollars & not included in the $7.50 breakfast sandwich price. It's still a good bagel sandwich, even for $10. The major difference today was the girl running the register. Saturday, the girl doing it was super friendly & a delight. Wish I could say the same for the girl working on Sunday. I read other reviews about rude service yesterday & was surprised, but then today I understood. We went for the first time today & loved it! It was Saturday morning, and we got there around 11am. There was definitely a line, so be ready to wait, but it was totally worth it. We got an everything bagel & a salt bagel both with jalapeño cream cheese. Best jalapeño cream cheese I've ever had & I've had a lot. Bagels were nice & chewy with the perfect amount of cream cheese. Service was fast, friendly & efficient. We will definitely be back!”

“This place used to be my “go to” for wraps and salads. Since Jill sold the business earlier this year it has gone downhill. First the friendliest staff is no longer there. Second and most important the service and the food has gone downhill big time. My company is right next door so our team often gets lunch here. The wait time has more than doubled. I ordered a wrap with deli Turkey today and it tasted like old Turkey. I ate one half and tossed the other. Other people on my team at work feel the same way. We are looking for a new lunch place!!”
