“I live in Bar Harbor, Maine, and one of my guests staying with us offered me a homemade bagel from this establishment. It's one of the best poppy seed bagels I've had in a long time, and the homemade chive cream cheese pairs so perfectly with the smoked salmon. It made my day eating this bagel after work. I love lox. It's one of the sweetest gifts a guest has ever given me. 💕 When I travel the coast looking at lighthouses this winter, this bagel shop will definitely be on my places to stop. Alan is a great supporter and saleman! I'm happy to have met him and have him as one of my guests. Great memory, I'll keep with me. Thanks Alan 😊😊”

“Hour and a half for a sloppy, cold, overpriced bagel. I placed an order online and was told it would be an hour. I arrived 20 min early and was almost scolded for arriving early. Then when I came back in 20 min my order was still not ready. I have ordered once before at a non-busy time and it still took 20 min. The sandwich was ok. Enough for me to return again especially being very close to my house. But after this visit I will never be returning to Exodus Bagels. Ticket times seem very long for the amount of people in the kitchen. The bagels are ok but the operation is inefficient.”

“While the bagels are delicious and their coffees are quite good, the staff at the counter NEVER smile. They’re getting only 1 star for service from me because it almost feels as if there’s no life in these people… I was store manager once and always encouraged staff to carry open conversations with our guests. Woah 😳 come on people, SMILE 😃”

“This was a wonderful bagel place right by our hotel in Woburn! So many options for sweet and savory bagels and lovely bakery treats! Breakfast of champions, and breakfast lovers dream! Best part is you could call or text ahead of time and have it ready to be picked up!”

“I love bagels and this place has them. Though had to wait 30 min for my bagel. So you need to really love them and have time. Take a book. Maybe Plato's Republic. The restored mill building with exposed warm red brick, and pine (?) wood interior add to the atmosphere. I ordered a toasted Everything Bagel with smoked salmon, an egg and cream cheese. Do it. Go ahead. Do it. In a world of glazed donuts dare to be an Everything Bagel.”

“Warm and cozy neighborhood cafe. Very sweet ladies running the place. Bagel was well toasted, good amount of bacon but eggs were a little soggy and bland. Pumpkin muffin is the best muffin i have had! Soft and moist and very flavorful.”

“Let me just say I am a returning Bostonian due to a medical emergency my son is currently going through. I'm also a Dunkin Queen. I'm going to have to become a Bruegger's Queen now. They have NY style bagels! Their everything bagels are in a word AWESOME. The coffee is tasty. They also have a Monday Bagel Bundle, among other incentives. But you've got to come in for the Sublime Customer Service. There's a Mr. Stanley who (I'm unsure of his official title), but he took the time on a busy Monday to ensure my bundle was prepared properly and to my satisfaction. Ms. Karisa took the time to assist me with the Bruegger App. I downloaded it last week but had not explored it. The patience, courtesy, knowledge, and all-around people skills from the cashier (Andrew) to the rest of the staff working efficiently and effectively to make the running of this establishment run like clockwork was refreshing I have determined that I will be returning at least twice monthly, especially on Mondays;-)”

“* Update * A couple of hours after eating this breakfast bagel, my stomach started turning. I've now been running to the toilet all day and couldn't even go to the beach thanks to this. Unbelievable. Do not eat this. As someone from NY, you should really stop calling yourself NY Bagels. These bagels are rock hard, it's ridiculous. I got a plain toasted bagel with Sausage, Egg, and Cheese. At least the bagel was still hot by the time I got back to my condo, but it wasn't great. There was a decent amount of cheese and egg was just ok, but half of the sausage was terrible. It was very spicy. I don't like very spicy food. I've never had such spicy sausage anywhere else, let alone only on one side. Was not happy about that rude surprise. Won't be coming back. Very hard to eat such a hard as a rock bagel that is very spicy. But I was starving and had nothing else, so had to eat it.”
