“I love bagels and this place has them. Though had to wait 30 min for my bagel. So you need to really love them and have time. Take a book. Maybe Plato's Republic. The restored mill building with exposed warm red brick, and pine (?) wood interior add to the atmosphere. I ordered a toasted Everything Bagel with smoked salmon, an egg and cream cheese. Do it. Go ahead. Do it. In a world of glazed donuts dare to be an Everything Bagel.”
