“I've been to this location several times, and it's not bad. I ordered an Everything bagel with veggie cream cheese this morning that was a bit disappointing. The (stick) bagel appeared to have only sesame & poppy seeds on it, I didn't see or taste any onion/garlic/salt, and the thin smear of cream cheese was a bit disappointing too, especially since the cream cream cheese was much more than the bagel (as expected). I'll have to try it again another time. I also had a boxed lunch from here recently, which is pretty good. I tried the chicken salad sandwich for the first time. I didn't care for the flavor. There were large chunks of water chestnuts (I think) that overpowered the chicken. I removed several of them after a couple of bites because there were just too many. (I forgot to take photos.) Overall, Grounds is a good spot to get breakfast items or lunch.”

“We love good bagels and there is no better chain than Einstein Bros. to get your fix of doughy goodness with a hole in the middle. Tasty, firm and always fresh. I can’t say I have a favourite as they were all equally yummy. If only we had Einstein Bros. in the U.K. Oh well I guess we’ll just have to get our bagel fix every time we visit. Highly recommended.”

Grab a mirror and look at yourself in this flattering light because this is how you look like at your best. :) But this is a bakery. With a counter that serves food. So taste of food is important. Service is important. That said, here are the scores: A+ For Ambience. B - for the baked goods. D for Customer Service. - That "im-better-than-you" attitude has to go , sweetheart. “Came here for the first time to try the Swedish Semla. I called in and they recommended I would order ahead since they were "flying out the door" so I ordered online and got there 4h later and they had plenty left. The semla bun and almond paste was good, but unfortunately the whip cream was out of date, as it did not taste or smell right. The staff was nice but got our sandwich orders wrong. We ordered two regular and one panini toasted but we got three regular and none toasted. The soup was delicious, but the staff member could not tell us what kind of soup it was. I am still leaving 4 stars, because I really want to like this place.”

“Work next door so always pass by and there is always a line. Hard to pick a favorite bagel between Layla and Jyan Isaac. Both are so good and amazing flavors. Jyan Isaac felt a bit lighter. Got the cucumber bagel sandwhich on everything. Seating outdoor only. Good spot for people watching and watching the bakers at work.”

“Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. Girl taking my order put my name as ERN (who’s named that?), waited over 20 minutes and never got my food because they gave it to another customer. When they realized they said they would make my food but never did. I gave up and asked for my Money back which took three employees and way too long all because not a single one of the dozen people working they knows what they’re doing.”

“Love that we have a neighborhood bagel place, BUT since Covid, they only have 1 choice for lox (packaged to buy) & it's the absolute worst! It's so processed, I just have little interest in stopping in anymore. Need to offer the same quality lox you will put on your sandwiches (& maybe offer whole wheat onion bagels). Oh, and would it kill you to actually put a decent amount of cream cheese on my sandwich???”
