“Curiosity Coffee bar is one of my favorite spots in town. They offer a variety of delicious beverages and food options. A few of my favorites include any sandwich, the bagels, strawberry matcha, and grab and go wraps! In addition to the beverages and food being delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming of all people. I love the big comfy couch and sitting on the new patio. They also have a variety of events, food trucks, and gatherings throughout the week. There really is something for everyone at Curiosity. “Delicious food but they DO NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS. I called about 10 days out from needing a place for Sunday brunch for 10 people and was told they did. I was told to call the Friday before. So I called Friday and was told they don’t take reservations. I called Sunday morning and they weren’t busy and had space for us. At that point, I couldn’t change plans. So I’m glad it worked out. It wasn’t busy at 9am Sunday but oh man it was packed around 11. Great spot but not suited for large groups unless you go at an off time or have someone go early to save a long table. Fairly kid friendly though — they have some bins of toy animals that my toddler would have loved. We might go back when the weather is nicer because there’s a great patio.”

“It’s really a hit or miss. The workers are terrible at slicing bagels. Depends on who makes the latte. They base the service on how much you tip. I won’t be tipping anymore. I’d rather just complain and make them redo it if tipping doesn’t get you much better service than not tipping l. This American thing with tipping is tacky and makes these jobs desirable for AI replacement. Check the photo for the cheddar bagel(really) that’s all it is, a slice of cheese on a plain bagel! Not one raisin in the cinnamon raisin bagel. Really absolutely none. This place is getting really bad.”

“Very nice place close to Downtown, great for breakfast and brunch. They have multiple locations across town but this one was the first one. They have a nice variety of food and coffee and tea based drinks - we tried the London fog and a cold brew which were great, as well as a Cream Cheese Bagel. The location feels a little out of the way, but it's not hard to find with minimal effort. Just behind a well-known and busy shopping complex.”

“Always so good! We’ve been trying small batch coffee shops all over the Denver Metro and Colorado and we always get vanilla lattes so we can compare. Cherry Bean is one of the best in the city! It's a grab and go location that really shouldn't be but due to issues in the area, maybe it was pressured to be this way Not sure but it is what it is. Apparently no restroom either. Understandable again with the homeless issues nearby. Bathrooms at a location this accessible might just be inviting using in the restroom if you know what I mean. Too bad.”

“I live on the road, and try to always seek out a unique location for coffee. Today took us to downtown Kansas City and the Mother Earth Coffee Company. We ordered espresso drinks and breakfast. Meticulously crafted, the espresso is more of a medium roast, and does not have any burnt overtones at all, it was delicious and satisfying. We ordered a breakfast croissant and also a chorizo burrito. Excellent flavor, and texture, and they were served hot and crisp. Plenty of parking in a covered parking ramp next door. Great vibe, and atmosphere.”

“The price of one “specialty” bagel is a little ridiculous considering the fact that even when you ask for half the amount of cream cheese they still put on a pound. It kills the entire allure and flavor of the bagel. You’re just eating a block of cream cheese and that’s what you pay for. Lay off the cream cheese a little so we can actually taste the bagel and still enjoy the SIDE of cream cheese. Honestly other than that it’s a wonderful place and staff.”

“We were in Portland for NYE weekend and I wanted to stop somewhere for the restroom and a tea. I just happened to pick this place due to proximity and was so pleasantly surprised to learn about it's Christ-centered mission! There's a beautiful message in the restroom stall encouraging you to love others and a great selection of Christian books in the lobby. The tea and cupcake I got were both delicious. It was a beautiful cafe that we will certainly stop by again next time we're in Portland!”

“Lovely place. Came here after trying to get coffee at a closer shop while on vacation but it was going to be up to a 20 minute wait. They were a bit busy but served us quickly. The staff were very friendly and considerate as well. We ordered cold brew as well as a gingerbread latte. The latter was a bit sweet but both were good. They had plenty of options for milk alternatives including oat, soy, and almond. I didn't get any of the actual food options but menu had plenty of choices for sandwiches and breakfast. Would recommend.”

My only minor complaint is they make the cafe drinks sweet if you get a specialty one since they have to mix a lot of syrups. So if you’re not ultra-sweet ask for less pumps for sure. “The service here is horrible. I went drive-thru for a coffee order and got a cup 1/3 filled and the rest was foam. When I picked the cup to sip I thought this was some kind of joke. I was in a hirry and did not have the time to go back and complain. Why person in their right mind is going to hand a customer a 1/3 full cup of coffee? It’s common sense. Horrble job…”
