“Too bad. No place to sit or anything. Is it due to other problems in the area? Why? It's been this way for months. Shame, too, because the location is very nice otherwise. This review is not a commentary on the service or anything, just that this location really blows. It's a grab and go location that really shouldn't be but due to issues in the area, maybe it was pressured to be this way Not sure but it is what it is. Apparently no restroom either. Understandable again with the homeless issues nearby. Bathrooms at a location this accessible might just be inviting using in the restroom if you know what I mean. Too bad.”

“The service here is horrible. I went drive-thru for a coffee order and got a cup 1/3 filled and the rest was foam. When I picked the cup to sip I thought this was some kind of joke. I was in a hirry and did not have the time to go back and complain. Why person in their right mind is going to hand a customer a 1/3 full cup of coffee? It’s common sense. Horrble job…”

We had 2 lattes and a bagel, cream cheese and a bacon and sausage egg rap, we paid total $11,58. Just didn’t like that the cream cheese is bought separated but other than that, it was all good. “I visited in the late morning on a Tuesday. It was pretty busy and the selection of donuts was great. Every tray was full. The lady behind the counter was friendly and fast. I also purchased a coffee. If you like coffee on the stronger side, then you'll enjoy it here. I got a large coffee,muffin, milk, and donut for my son. It was about 10 bucks. His donut was on point. I never had a muffin from Winchells before, it was alright. Definitely would say go with the donuts and coffee.”

“You can’t sit inside, you make an order, wait for a drink and look for a table outside, where they then bring you a package with your order. the menu is too large, it is very difficult to figure out when to come to the cafe for the first time. we ordered two bagels, one was vegan and absolutely not tasty. I also ordered a cappuccino and got just coffee in which they poured a little whipped milk, the taste of coffee was disgusting”
