“I live on the road, and try to always seek out a unique location for coffee. Today took us to downtown Kansas City and the Mother Earth Coffee Company. We ordered espresso drinks and breakfast. Meticulously crafted, the espresso is more of a medium roast, and does not have any burnt overtones at all, it was delicious and satisfying. We ordered a breakfast croissant and also a chorizo burrito. Excellent flavor, and texture, and they were served hot and crisp. Plenty of parking in a covered parking ramp next door. Great vibe, and atmosphere.”

“Great place to catch a bite to eat and drink a coffee or tea and hang out. The sandwiches are really tasty and the herbal ambrosia chai drink was delicious. They have plenty of seating with more upstairs and a great vibe with art on wall. Love the painting with the squirrel riding a bicycle being run over by a car. I would buy it if it wasn’t $1800.”
