“Nice staff who were kind enough to speak in English or tried to understand my broken German, which is really appreciated. However, as my food still hadn't appeared 40 minutes after ordering so I decided to step out and ask if the order is still on the way. I realised then that they had forgotten to mention my food to the kitchen. They did get the food I had ordered after 5 more minutes. The food, which I had asked to be vegan in both English & German, contained quark (the staff possibly confused vegan for vegetarian). The food was decent to say the most. It's very rare for me to provide low stars & I hope that this review is taken into account as a recommendation for improvement because it seems to be a nice place otherwise (nice ambience, staff, etc.)”

“Wonderful cakes and brotchen! Super friendly staff. Saturday and Sunday mornings are take-away service only, so grab a coffee and cake and eat it outside in the nearby green spaces! Highly recommended! 🥰😋👍”

“This café is located in a very charming street in Lubeck innerstadt, they have an internal area and the external area is right next to St.-Aegidien-Kirche underneath large trees which makes it very quiet and extremely cozy! And they opens on Sundays YAY! The coffee - had an espresso and a filtered - was good but not great, specially considering the specialty coffee's world. The cheesecake was nice. The service, was good, although at peak moments things do take a little more time. Recently tasted their food and it was good overall. :)”
