919 Chaumont Ave, Dauphin Island, AL 36528, United States

“My family and I had breakfast here on Saturday, 2/10/24. The staff greeting us was absolutely the nicest people. We ordered cinnamon rolls, danishes, and omelettes. Every single thing we ate was outstanding. My omelette was easily the best I’ve ever had! The place was spotless, and very inviting.”

The Red Cat Coffeehouse @ Pepper Place
4.6

Open until 06:00 PM

2901 2nd Ave S #120, Birmingham, AL 35233, United States

“I always enjoy stopping into Red Cat on the weekends (especially during Farmers Market Saturdays) - it's quite busy during that time, but service is always fast despite that, and the coffees and pastries are always well-prepared. Plenty of seating inside and outside combined to allow for a better chance to find one. Service is consistently polite. Def. a great morning spot for Joe lovers IMO.”

The Cozy Cow

Open until 03:00 PM

100 Church St SW, Huntsville, AL 35801, United States

“First time in this cute little shop! Cozy Cow was the cutest place, great atmosphere! I got a large white chocolate hot coffee and my son got 2 scoops of the mint ice cream. I think the scoops were a little small, skimpy for two scoops, but he liked it. I love my coffee, drank it fast it was so good. Decent size. Paid $15 for both of those items.”

“Great for morning coffee and a sweet treat. Nice atmosphere to sit and enjoy as well. We would recommend you try the sausage balls and apple fritters.”

Frothy Monkey
4.5
( 8 reviews ) $$

2320 2nd Ave N, Birmingham, AL 35203, United States

“The interior is pretty cute, but that's the most it has going for it. The menu isn't anything special or unique, and the quality of the food is very mid. I had the Egg Bacon and Cheddar sandwich on their jalapeño cheddar bagel. The egg was flat, flavorless, and burnt, and i felt excitement every time i got a bite of bacon -- because there was not enough of it for every bite. The bagel itself was pretty good, but the overall sandwich was dry and bland. Not something I'd pay for again. My brother ordered the French Toast. The toast itself was enjoyable, however the service was Not It. Only upon being served was he informed that they were out of maple syrup, and the fruit that was meant to come with the meal. He was offered a menu so he could order something else and was told the French Toast would be comped. He got the menu, but the waitress never returned to see if he wanted something else, so after 5-10 minutes of waiting, he ate the French Toast, and was then charged for it. Wouldn't have been a big deal had he not been offered solutions and told he would be comped, and i understand that comes out of the waitresses check, but if you offer a service, you shouldnt revoke it without warning. Also not the fault of anyone in particular, but they are short staffed, which severely effects the quality of the service you'll be receiving. If i were you, id just make coffee and toast at home.”
