The turn over went fairly quick, they are very efficient !!! You should got there hungry!!! It’s a lot of food but soooo good. The noddles are filling and the broth is so delicious!!! They put a pile of sprouts on and a bunch of finely chopped garlic on it that you can spread into the mix it’s really good. The pork was cooked perfectly and it was a nice chunk !!! I would love to come back here one day it was an authentic experience!!!”
