“My daughter and I happened upon this place as I was traveling down the scenic country road looking for something to do as we were consigning some clothing items. As I turned down the long lane I had no idea what was in store for us. They had a beautiful playground with goats to feed which kept my daughter entertained. She rolled down the hills of the lush, green grass and played on the multiple playgrounds. When we went inside we were treated to some of the best ice cream I have ever had. That is saying a lot as I normally prefer soft serve over hard dipped ice cream. If you live in or are visiting Lancaster County, this place is a must try. When we were in the parlor we met a sweet couple from New Jersey who came to the place based on recommendations. I don’t blame them. Not only is it a good atmosphere outside with benches, farm animals and playground equipment; the ice cream is top notch. We live far away and will be heading into winter soon, but trust me when I say I’ll be back soon!”

“Stunning! Beautiful restaurant with great food. A amazing late out to night dinner with friends. Only a few downsides… The food hits well home for me, my family mostly consisting of family members from Vietnam. The best type of food is cooked by family, and this restaurant really felt like family was cooking. The menu offered so many different dishes all amazing thought out. The restaurant itself was stunning inside. Amazing layout and thoughtful. Staff were kind and the waiting area was nice. The outside of the restaurant looks kinda- weird. But it was pretty inside. We found out if you pay with cash YOU CAN GET 5% OFF your total price. Which we didn’t t know but will do next time. The downsides are few to none, the outside is kind of confusing. It’s in a small plaza and doesn’t have a big sign on the front indicating it’s a restaurant. The parking is short-a mess, this lot being shared with many stores, so it might be hard to find a spot at times. Another mini problem is the waiters, our waiter was so kind and nice to us, the bad thing is it was clear they were understaffed or something. Our waiter was in such a rush so we barely saw them. They would come and go so quick and we would never be able to get his attention due to them running around the restaurant. Other than that it was an amazing experience and i DO RECOMMEND for family dinner or a simple friend meetup.”

“They have homemade scoop ice cream with a variety of flavors. Leo's has been a local staple for years. I remember years ago enjoying this ice cream at Allen Dairy's big red barn, located on the Holly Pike, heading towards Mount Holly. I also remember their location near Target. Always a favorite and very local. The ice cream is very delicious. My wife's favorite flavor is corn bread, followed by the hot mango. Our kids love em all, and I am partial to cookies and cream and pumpkin when it's available. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. This is cash only. There's an ATM inside. There is plenty of parking and there is handicap parking. They have outside seating and bathrooms.”

The menu could have been more varied, however the brunch items we tried were certainly above average. I did think the overall prices were a bit high and I didn't love my cocktail. “Had the hot turkey sandwich with fries. The turkey was real turkey which was good gravy wasn't bad. Also had the veal cutlet parmesan. My only issue is it said it was veal cutlet but it was ground veal and wasn't expecting it. Good thing my wife grew up on it she liked it. Dump fries were pretty good as well just needed some salt and pepper. Probably go back and try something else at some point”
