Any request for service was met promptly by the front desk staff. Had an encounter with the mechanic and he was very courteous as well. Management has trained the staff well to meet the needs of the customers. The only issue is the lighting in the bathroom which was not enough to see your face clearly. That can improve in my opinion. Light in the room above the mirror was not great either. Location is great as it is away from the town. Room was clean and was serviced promptly by housekeeping. Good mattress and pillows.”

Security and staff so much attitude and arogant in talk. My mom couldn't climb stair they didn't allow us to have breakfast down, instead we had to go upstairs. It was heavily raining and chruch (Kripasanam)close by therefore we did'nt have any option. I would strongly recommend not to go. Instead the small tea shop are much better. Mom couldn't stand long or would have had out. Not deserve for 1 star”

One star review is because lately they are giving out cakes that have started going bad. We've been noticing it for some time but didn't think so much into it.
