I had a pineapple malt and he had a root beer float. I order pineapple malts nearly everywhere I go and this was one of the best I ever had! I feel like most places give shake even when you order a malt. This one definitely had malt and was delicious!! Can't wait to return!”

“The food here is very good. The coleslaw was flavorful with just the right amount of vinegar. The turkey, bacon, and cheddar was on toasted bread which makes all the difference. It also came with veggie straws which I don't care for. The service was pleasant and my food came quickly. The prices were ok, not high but not low either, pretty average. The latte was well made and very hot which was excellent. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a small town vibe with very nice people and delicious food.”

“A very nice place to have breakfast/brunch. A well stocked bar. Very well decorated place with lots of posters. The food is amazing. We tried waffle with fruit, syrup and sausages, Grits and chicken with waffles. For drinks we had iced tea and lemonade. Chicken and waffles was one of the best I ever tasted. The service was prompt and staff was very friendly and polite. I especially mentioned here our server Alyssa who served us with a beautiful smile and promptly. Would recommend this place to have a lazy brunch.”

“I stopped here for lunch and the place was really busy, but the drive thru and counter service. After a short wait I placed my order for ½ order of hot turkey and ½ order of hot beef so I could try both. This is one of the only places I have ever seen the ½ order available, it’s a great idea. They brought my food to my table and the first thing I noticed was the turkey sandwich not only had mashed potatoes, but it also had stuffing, all generously coated in gravy. The Turkey was tender and flavorful. It was a good portion considered it was a ½ order. The beef came with mashed potatoes and gravy. The beef looked dry, but it tasted good. The gravy was also good tasting. If I had to say anything, the mashed potatoes needed salt, which is an easy fix table side. Other than that, this was a great meal for the money and the ½ orders are really nice to see, I wish more places had that. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.”

If you don’t know what you want, many signature creations are on display as well as seasonal offerings. Customizing is easy if you have particular tastes. The rolls are so soft, like they were taken from the oven one minute early. Nothing dry about these rolls, a plain roll would be great on its own. They do sell day old plain rolls for a discount. I would definitely recommend stopping in if you are considering.”

They make a lot of their things (bread, jam, and drink syrups) in-house, and boy can you can tell the difference! And this is just the breakfast menu! My son and I were floored by their offerings and wondered how we'd missed this place! Well, it's on my radar now, and I'll continue to visit and suggest it to everyone. With a nice atmosphere, great team players, and a hard to beat menu, everyone should experience this locally owned gem!”
