“Tons of great places to get wonderful slices of cake, but most are take out(95%). In Osaka, this is the place to get high quality desserts for sit in. Their cakes are seasonal and extremely high quality as their flavors and textures are wonderful. They have an assortment of teas, but are lacking in choice of coffees; they only have black with milk on the side. The reason I am giving 4 stars, is that my tea cup wasn't as clean as I would like it to be as it smelled of milk. It just needed a bit more of cleaning, but maybe it was just a bad day. When you go, be ready for a line as it is very popular for both take out and dine in.”

“This was my group's first time at a themed cafe, so we were a bit nervous about what to do. The staff were all very nice and helpful and patient with our poor Japanese skills. But everything was great! The food was tasty and almost too cute to eat. And the amount of bird items available to purchase was fantastic! And the birds were fun to look at and interact with. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this cafe to anyone who loves birds. ありがとうございます! :)”

“It's been a while since I've bothered you. When I entered the store at 12:40, there were 4 groups waiting, and it took about 15 minutes to get to the counter. Ordered mapo tofu lunch. The contents are mapo tofu, rice, pickled vegetables, and salad in a stone-fired bowl. (You can choose dessert or salad) Mapo tofu is an authentic dish with a punch of Japanese pepper. The salad is slightly sweet with apple vinegar. It will reset your mouth after getting sour from mapo tofu. It was a reasonable lunch.”

“Parking was free. There was an entrance on the left side of Family Mart, and from there we took the elevator to the 2nd floor. We arrived at 11:30, but there were still quite a few people in line. It's like taking a menu tag for each main dish and proceeding. Add some side dishes along the way. Other than the curry and noodles, I included miso soup and rice for free. It was 650 yen for pork cutlet and dashimaki egg. Today I had white rice or seafood pilaf, but I chose white rice. You can also use PayPay etc. Many people came, from the general public to truck drivers. I'm very satisfied with the volume! The toilet was also on the same floor and was comfortable.”

“I initially planned to go back to Tokyo today morning (from kyoto) but I met somebody who worked at W.bolero and decided to pay it a visit before going home. So i went from kyoto to osaka just for the cake (and my friend) and let me tell you that i absolutely do NOT regret it. That "Eierschecke"(アイアシェッケでしたっけ?) Cheesecake eclipsed all the ones I ate previously in my life. I was lucky and had the whole place for myself as I went in the morning, but it seems that they get tons of guests during lunch and in the afternoon in general - which is understandable for the cakes all look so delicious. A definite recommendation from a random swiss guy living in Tokyo. And Misa, if you read this: hello :P”

“Cozy and humble local place that serves delicious soba. Cold soba is springy and has a light buckwheat taste. Wasabi was fresh and tangy. Tempura was light and batter was thin, overall not oily at all even though it’s a fried dish. Pour soup stock over remaining soba sauce and finish off the meal with a pleasant soup base.”
