“I can’t say enough about The Queen’s Cup! The cupcakes are always fantastic. I made multiple custom orders ranging from marketing cupcakes to our wedding shower and wedding cake. The process for custom orders is extremely easy and the business is super responsive. Most recently, I ordered a cake for my first wedding anniversary. I trust the staff so much, that I told them to just have fun with the order. I provided a flavor for the cake, but no other requirements other than to surprise me.. The Queen’s Cup was able to nearly replicate my original wedding cake (smaller version). I’m was most impressed by the attention to detail in the flowers that they recreated to look like the fresh florals from my wedding!! The cake was not only stunning, but it was delicious!”

“Grew up eating Hebert chocolate. Its amazing chocolate. Even selling chocolate bars for school fundraising. The nostalgia of bringing my kids there is priceless. One thing it did seem bigger as a young kid. 🤔 It's nice they have characters to take pictures with, like Mickey & Minnie Mouse, as well as other different disney characters. I'll for sure be back again soon with the kids. To get myself some chocolate as well!!”

“If you’re looking to fulfill your need for an Italian sub from a small deli in Italy. This will fill all of your needs, complete with the elders arguing in Italian across the eating area. Staff were kind and attentive. Sandwich was made quickly. This sandwich is massive and full of meats, cheese and vegetables. Bread has a good crust, and chewy inside. If you are choosing to get your Italian to go, order it dry or you will end up with oil everywhere. Overall good place to grab a sub in the city.”

“This was our first time at Fins & Tales. Decided to try it after reading some reviews. Glad we did! It is located in an older building with some beautiful wood work which adds to the ambiance. Started with the risotto cake, which my wife said it was the best she ever had. Our entrees were in-house made gnocchi and meatballs and parmigiana crusted haddock. Both were extremely good and the portions were spot on. Finished the dinner by sharing a brownie sundae that was to die for! One big highlight was the service and staff. Super friendly, informative and attentive! The prices were also very reasonable. We will be returning.”

“Not good for ordering a cake but great to walk in. Their sweets are not too sweet and not heavy! I love their sweet and pastry and also their coffee. HOWEVER, I wanted to order a customized cake and I believe I talked directly to the owner but she was rude and ended up charging me extra for some little sprinkles! I asked her to at least use more sprinkles but she ignored my request. Will def but from their pastry in shop but will never order customized cakes from them”

“Highly recommend Red Pepper especially for good Sichuan food, this is a step up above your typical American Chinese fast food restaurant. One of my favorite restaurants in Worcester and go at least every other month. If you like spice this is the place. I would reserve to get any fried dish like their amazing "L01 Deep fried chicken" for dine in only as they do loose their crisp if doing takeout. Some of my favorite dishes so far: - L7 Cumin lamb, L1 fried chicken, E7 shredded beef, J14 Hot beef noodle soup - L14 mala pot (lots of seafood and good for several people) Their spicy wontons are also incredible and quite spicy.”

“I’ve been waiting a while to write this review, as enough time has passed, but now looking back on our 4 month wedding anniversary, I want to shed light on the terrible experience that my husband, mother and best friend had to endure. It was my first cake tasting experience, so we were all very excited about the process. However, that excitement quickly dissipated once we spoke with the owner. On a positive note, the bakery itself was very pretty and brand new. However, the cakes themselves were overly sweet, the cake to filling ratio was completely off and there were tons of hidden fees. For instance, one of the samples we tried had a lemon sauce on it, but she informed us that sauce would be $50 extra - if we went without it it would just be a plain vanilla slice. A plain white 3 tiered cake with delivery was already ~$1200–no decorations at all. I wanted fresh flowers to be added to the cake which would be an extra $250, even if I supplied my own flowers. The price, we were okay with, however she repeatedly tried to dissuade us from adding flowers as it would require her cake decorator to work on a Sunday…she kept insisting that we asked the florist to place the flowers instead. However, stated that if anything happened to the cake, it wouldn’t be her responsibility. We ended up choosing Gerardo’s bakery instead. It was less than half the price, the fresh flowers were placed at no extra charge and we got a lot more cake, as well. He was also a lot more transparent about pricing and was very flexible with our request. Hope this helps!”

“So usually papa Gino's is great food. But when you find bugs in your food without ordering the extra protein, it puts a toll on anyone ever eating there again. The bug was found in my nephew's piece of pizza. Who's to say anyone else has eaten the extra protein packed in there. Just because planet fitness is next door doesn't mean you can give extra protein. They have supplements for that. China really is taking over and through the food industry. Slipping in their food to think we have no clue. Think again papa Gino's. I will always order local. Not food chains. Re think your quality control and don't be surprised if *cough cough* board of health is knocking on your door and shutting you down.”
