Closed until 11:00 AM

4607 Bolm Rd Suite A, Austin, TX 78702, United States

“I learned about this place from Queer Eye. I love supporting a small business with a great story. I’m helping them not a chain. The black sesame and cereal ice cream combo was delicious and creamy and smooth. On a 100 degree day it melts so use the cone cover or get it in a cup. I love the charm and originality. The macaron was perfect, chewy and gooey with a good foot. I can’t wait to eat my donut tomorrow. Worth the wait in a short line.”

“Super Thai on South Lamar in Austin Tx is the best Thai Restaurant. Also the best vegetarian restaurant in Austin. Low prices and delicious food at a great value. We love the spicy edamame with chili oil paste, the veggie spring rolls, and the large vegetable soup are amazing. Also the basil fried rice is wonderful. Very nice people, excellent service, great music and really nice atmosphere. Literally HALF their menu is vegetarian!”

3201 Bee Cave Rd STE 100, Austin, TX 78746, United States

“This is the filthiest Cava i have ever been in. As we walked in the dinning room was extremely unorganized. Upon reaching the front line the food seemed sad and old. When portioning our food the employees used 1 use cups to measure out the protein, at which im guessing is to ensure good food cost. We were also told the rice would be extra for more servings, all that is fine and i would have been okay with it if the restaurant wasn't as disgusting as it is. The floor behind the line was a mess with greens all over. A used SaniTowel was left on the serving line next to my Entrée. After leaving the line we headed over to get drinks only to find the soda fountain and bubblers were absolutely filthy! The soda fountain has so much build up its comical... like i said i wouldnt have any concerns on the portioning of my meal if i knew all aspects of the restaurant are being taken care of. Clearly the wrong things are being worried about. Food safety and Cleanliness should always be the number 1 priority and concern. Without proper food safety you won't have any guest to micromanage your food cost on..”

Capital City Bakery

2211 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78702, United States

“I did not realize that this was a vegan bakery (we just were walking by) so my taste wouldn’t really count here but I personally was not a fan. When we walked in there were only a few cupcakes left since it was the end of the day/weekend. They did look good though. The biggest problem I had was how filthy the place looked. The decor was cute (of course) but the floors and tables were all DIRTY. The place was welcoming enough. We had to wipe down the table, but sitting there looking at the super dirty floor was not appetizing.”

“just great all-around. I got the 2 wing & 2 catfish strips plate with gumbo, fries, & hush puppies. my wife got the veggie plate with okra, hush puppies, greens, and mac & cheese. we shared the cornbread muffins & a large cup of red kool aid. all the food tasted good! it was ready when expected (about 30 mins after we put in a to-go order). the food wasn’t greasy, which is great. they had a great option for vegetarians! 10/10 recommend.”

4824 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78702, United States

“We have been coming here for years, in fact it was the only place that seemed safe during peak Covid because it's totally open air but always kept warm or cool. You can be loud, fun, have group gatherings, and it's just all comfortable. The pizza was the best it's ever been yesterday and that was awesome. They have upped their game. The lemon brew we were served was not my favorite but still a great experience.”

Cafe No Se

“Didn’t know what to expect but was actually impressed with the food. Burger was better than I expected! Good taste. Cowboy breakfast was a lot of food for the price and tasty! Service was good. Hari was good waiter and was attentive! Def worth a try if you are in the area!”

“My husband and I decided to stop here for breakfast on our way out of Austin. He got the Rockstar sandwich on cinnamon raisin and I got the brisket on an everything. The bagels are the right amount of soft to chewy and the brisket really surprised me. Would recommend this spot looking for a solid breakfast option in Austin!”

Seoulju Korean Kitchen & Bar

9515 N Lamar Blvd #230, Austin, TX 78753, United States

“Good Korean restaurant with great food and ambiance to hang out . We love the Korean military hotpot and it is so flavorful . The spicy tofu is so flavorful . The soju and sake are decent . The service is good and cannot complain . The only downside is the wait time . The past few times we have had many hours of wait time even if we show up early as soon as they open . Sometimes we have had 3-4 hours wait time and we chose to go to a different Korean place which has similar food and probably no wait time . They need to work on this aspect to attract more crowd. Otherwise it is a great place overall.”

The Pastry

602 W Annie St, Austin, TX 78704, United States

“I think they better use the phrase "inspired by." These pastries are fresh and well-made. As for authentic, no. The beignet and almond croissant are close but not quite. The crobrios as original creations are delicious and balanced out by a cup of black coffee. The aesthetic is again inspired by a French cafe-small, artistic and looks like it's family-owned. I don't know if it is or not, but that's the vibe.”

“Late post Oct 23’ Domo Alley-Gato Tatsu-Ya – Located in East Austin Domo Alley-Gato Tatsu-Ya was only a 5 min walk from my cousins, with a lot of thought and deliberation they decided finally settled on this place. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon and to my surprise with football season it was a bit quiet, which was good because we were able to take our time looking over the menu. They are a mostly outside venue with limited inside seating and is very dog friendly! They also share the restroom with the ramen spot next door. The atmosphere was that of Japan (peep the pics), very beautiful! Everything (food and drinks) was reasonably priced... We mostly got small plates but if you are hungry get the ramen but only want apps as a meal I would suggest a bowl of Curry/Chashu with Karage/Goyza. The fam and I got; Curry, Chashu, Edamame, Spicy Edamame, Korokkaaayyy, Gyoza, Katsu Slider, Karage and Negi rice bowl. Curry – Nicely seasoned, no meat Chashu- Delish, basically a porkbelly type adobo Edamame/Spicy Edamame – Both very good but I would get the spicy, better flavor Korokkaayyy – Typical flavor Gyoza – Came out pipping hot, flavorful and juicy! Karage – Can taste the marinade, crispy and addicting Katsu Slider – Yummm but so small for $6 Negi Rice Bowl – OOOOoo this was a flavor bomb, surprisingly enjoyed this dish. Very savory! Shinku punch – Very flavorful and refreshing paired well with all the dishes!”

“It was late, but still light outside. I was in my hotel room craving a brownie topped with ice cream... That's super specific and random, I know, but it had been a rough drive into Austin earlier that day and I needed (wanted) the comforting hug of a brownie. 😆Pitiful... maybe, but accurate. The hotel's restaurant didn't have anything as simple as a brownie and ice cream, so I searched Google maps hoping to find someplace within walking distance. I was so thankful when I found that Tiff's Treats was only a few blocks away. It was the cutest little place. Quite small, but perfect to grab a treat and go. Two ladies walked in separately after me, so as my order was being prepared, I asked them if they had been here before and what they thought about the place. They both had high praise, so I couldn't wait to get back to the room and taste for myself. I was not disappointed. I'm so thankful that they stay open late and were only a short walk down the street and around the corner! Thank you, Tiffs Treats, for welcoming me to Austin and for turning a rather stressful afternoon into a delicious evening!”

Sprouts Farmers Market

4006 S Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78704, United States

“I like to visit this store for my work trips, and it usually has great snack options, great cold-brew coffees, and other essentials like vitamins. One shortfall compared to Co Ops (Wheatsville, e.g.) or Whole Foods, is that there is no salad bar or hot food bar. Its very hard to eat healthy on the road, and this place helps a lot but could go an extra mile by having more items for folks who are bouncing around hotels with no kitchen to prep any food”

Baguette House & Cafe

“Not much just easy to go Vietnamese sub places in Austin except Baguette House. Their subs are pretty good, but not a fan of the French baguette bread. Wish they had the traditional viet style baguette bread. The bread was abit hard that it cut my gums. The filling like the mayo, pate and cold cuts were good but just felt like they cheap out with the filling. For now it’s my to go viet sub place.”

Texas French Bread
4.3

2900 Rio Grande St, Austin, TX 78705, United States

“I had the breakfast tostada and my husband had the chicken salad sandwich with chips. The tostada was average at best. It seemed that they just took ingredients from jars and put them on the tostada. The fried egg was the best part. It was cooked perfectly. The chicken salad was pretty good and the bread was delicious. Service was fantastic, but prices were too high. The setting was very pretty.”

Oakmont Food Company

“This was a great place to eat during lunch. My coworkers and I went here to celebrate a birthday and everyone loved the meals they had. It was a little noisy in there with a full restaurant so we had to almost shout to hear each other, but that didn't bother me, just thought I'd point it out for those looking for a more quiet atmosphere. Our server lady was awesome!”

1417 French Bistro

“This restaurant is beautiful. I love the French style deco and ambiance and the service is excellent. Their cocktails are also very good. Unfortunately, the food is very average and definitely not worth the price tag.”
