“Update 1/6/23. This piece gets really busy on the weekends especially after 8 pm. It looked like they were understaffed since there weren’t a lot of silverware available. Seats were limited. It’s still a great place to get desserts and I love how aesthetically pleasing they are. I would recommend going on a weeknight. This time I ordered gluten free chocolate torte, passion fruit cheesecake slice, key lime tart, and kashmiri chai. Everything was palatable. Gluten free chocolate torte was smooth and just a small amount of richness. You don’t want it to be too rich, otherwise you’ll feel full faster. Passion fruit cheesecake, you can immediately taste the fruit and it’s not subtle at all. Key lime tart was very good, not as sour as you would think. Kashmiri chai I’ll have to order again. Very savory and I love how there are pistachios in it. Small dessert place but they also have some savory options that I’ll have to try next time. Nice hangout place. It wasn’t busy when I went and there were no kids. We ordered creme brulee, cookie butter cakesicle, gulab jamun cheesecake, ras malai cake jar, karak chai tea, and pina colada. I didn’t have any favorites. All of the desserts were delicious. Prices are reasonable, since there aren’t too many Indian dessert places.”

“Great place for a quick ice cream fix. Got the sugar rainbow cone… BEWARE! It is pretty big! All the flavors are good but my fav was the orange sherbet! Next time i would get only that one. Portions are very generous! Everyone was happy with their choice. Only one was my husband, he got the hot fudge Sunday but it had very little fudge. Pretty sure the employee just forgot the amount it came with. Mini doughnuts don’t look too tasty but they are pretty good!”

“Good place to go and get breakfast or lunch. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated with an open floor plan. The staff is friendly and provide you with very good service. The food is good and above average with a limited menu, serving only breakfast and lunch, no dinner. I had the skirt steak with scrambled eggs and I thought both were slightly over cooked. I also had pancakes instead of toast, and they were just ok. I guess I'll have to try a skillet, or an omelette next time.”

I like their burgers, filet mignon, chicken kabob, prime rib, fish, but my all time favorite is the London broil with rice, broccoli and extra mushroom gravy. If you go there on a Sunday you must have the cream of chicken soup. Update 01/07/2024 I'm sad to say that I can no longer recommend Jameson's Charhouse. It went from being my favorite place to my least favorite place. The new owners are destroying the business with all of their bad decisions and the direction they are taking the establishment. The London Broil used to be awesome, with a mushroom brown gravy, fluffy rice pilaf and broccoli.... Now it's higher priced, super salty brown gravy without mushrooms that resembles jello, rice pilaf that recembles rice pudding and no broccoli. I know times are tuff, but if you're charging premium prices, make sure you deliver a premium quality product. Our server was very nice, apologetic and on top of everything. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the kitchen staff and the new manager. What a huge disappointment to say the least. I also want to say that I have dealt with Katie for many years at Jameson's Charhouse and she was a phenomenal bar tender, wairess and always remembered exactly what you wanted, even if you didn't go for a month, or two. I personally think that whomever fired her made a huge mistake, I'm sure that with her charisma and professionalism, she'll have no problem finding another job in the restaurant industry. To the new management, wake up before is too late, please get it together. The last time I was here the bar was practically empty, and most of the restaurant tables were empty as well.”

“This place is a pretty good spot to check out. It's a little different from what I am used to. It's not a sit-down service, so you have to order your food at the counter, similar to a fast-food restaurant. For the type of establishment it is, I really like the place. I recommend the Rigatoni (with vodka sauce and ask them to make it spicy). The flavor of the sauce was a lot better than I was expecting. I will say that the quality of the food is great for the price. I will definitely go back again. One major gripe that I have is they charge and fee for dining in. To me, that's a little sneaky and ridiculous. I am choosing to spend my money with you, don't charge me for doing so.”

“I would give this place an overall 3.5. Service was really friendly. The Tower Burger was pretty decent. Good taste. Fries were well seasoned. Ample food for the price. Crab cakes were good not great. For the price, i would have liked to see another crab cake thrown in. Sweet chili cauliflower wings were decent. I like to have wings with a little more moisture inside. A little expensive for what you get. Cashew mac and cheese I really enjoyed. Definitely one of my favorite dishes from here. Good flavor and balance. For the price the portion was good. Indonesian sweet vanilla pudding I really liked. After a filling meal, the dessert is light and not too sweet. Overall, it’s worth going to once since not too many vegan restaurants. Price was fair on certain items and others were a little overpriced for what you receive.”

“I love Oberweis ice cream! You can taste the richness and high quality ingredients they use. Their “buy 3, get 1 free” pints deal is dangerously good ($6/pint). This time around, I got four pints of my favorite flavors – peanut butter chocolate, cookies & cream, mint chip, and coffee. I was tempted by the sweet lemon blackberry flavor too. This location is efficient, well-maintained, and full of friendly staff who are willing to help. When the flavors I wanted were out of stock, they went into the back to grab fresh pints without being prompted. There is also a convenient drive-through location if needed. I will be back the moment I finish my four pints of ice cream 😊”

For cake i usually get a white cake with fresh strawberry filling and its the best around. For the sugar cookies i did baby shower bottles, carriages, and stars. “My husband and I love the food at this bar. It's above and beyond bar food expectations. The drink selection is also awesome. My favorite is the lemon drop martini and my husband loves the liquid marijuana. The specials are awesome too. Friday special lately has been the Jim Beam and Jim Beam Stag (cherry flavored). Emily is great and Bobby is a character. The owner is a cool chick too. Great atmosphere, great drinks, not expensive but also not a dive either, in my opinion. Although I love a dive bar, this one is a casual date spot. Seating at the bar is usually accessible, but they have high tops and regular tables as well. Comfy. Try the skirt steak sliders, they are my fave treat.”
