Level 1/5-7 Young St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

“This was a delicious, well thought out set menu with generous portions. The ambience was warm and inviting. Suitable for date night as well as larger groups. A special mention to Anya who went above and beyond to give us a 5 star dining …”

Flour And Stone
4.6
( 16 reviews ) $$
Closed until 07:00 AM

53 Riley St, Woolloomooloo NSW 2011, Australia

“Flower and Stone Bakery is absolutely amazing! Their cakes are divine and will satisfy any sweet tooth. While it would be great if they offered alternatives to pork gelatin for their other desserts, their overall selection is still impressive. Jackie provided excellent service and made our day off to a fantastic start! 🍰😊 My favourite was Mango & Coconut Bundt. I wish they made it in a cake, would love to get it for my birthday.”

The Sambal
4.5
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 11:00 AM

shop a/432 Kent St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

“It’s a nice Indonesian restaurant, with good tasting food and decent price. There are quite a number of Indonesian food selections. We tried the chicken satay, lamb, duck, calamari and the veggie rice cake. They were all nice, but we found them a tad too salty. But other than that, I would recommend this place for authentic Indonesian food.”

The Tea Room
4.3
( 8 reviews ) $$
Closed until 10:00 AM

Level 3/455 George St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

“The scones, clotted cream and jam were heavenly. They give you many tea selections and keep refilling your hot water. We did high tea and there is so much food we couldn't finish it all. The room and the entire Queen Victoria Building are beautiful. Yet, if you are new to high teas, you will feel comfortable and pampered. Service was excellent but not overwhelming.”

Arthur Surry Hills
4.6
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 06:00 PM

544 Bourke St, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia

“My friend and I visited Arthur while on holidays in Sydney, i had visited a year prior and was keen to come back again. It was an amazing experience yet again, the food was sensational and beautifully presented, and an explanation of each dish was given which we both appreciated. Favourite dishes were the beef short rib and the potato with sweet and sour garlic sauce. I will definitely be visiting again if i come through Sydney again.”

Bistro St Jacques
4.5
( 8 reviews ) $$
Closed until 12:00 PM

96 Pitt St, Redfern NSW 2016, Australia

“We always have a great time here. Nick and his team make you feel welcome and the food is consistently excellent. Eat here if you are in the neighbourhood. Also their NYE menu is always amazing.”

Bombo By Donut Papi Redfern
4.4
( 8 reviews ) $$

34A Redfern St, Redfern NSW 2016, Australia

“Possibly went on a bad day given the mostly positive reviews but the donuts we had fell short. Texture of the bombos was fine, quite pillowy and soft. Taste-wise, both the lemon pie and the pistachio & cream flavours were pretty good. But the amount of filling was disappointing, just a scant teaspoonful for both donuts despite the misleading "filling overflow" on the tops. Ended up eating mostly plain donuts for 6.50, very underwhelming and poor value. Apparently this store just sells the filled bombo donuts while the Marrickville flagship has the cake donuts as well.”

Cupcakes On Pitt
4.7
( 10 reviews )
Closed until 05:00 AM

2/323/327 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

“Popped in this morning for a quick breakfast; really enjoyable experience. Shop itself more focuses on the baking aspects, this is not a cafe with a large seating area. That said, I grabbed a small table out front, a coffee and a croissant and had a really lovely breakfast! Would happily return again, a strong recommend from me!”

“Love their upstairs than downstairs. The decoration and vibe is lovely. Staff are very friendly and nice. We often went their for after work drinks and gatherings. Always had great environment for chat and drink. There’s also a tiny court yard for the smokers upstairs. Their toilets are clean and very tidy.”

“I love the hand made noodles with braised beef. I make sure to order dumplings and pork bun , its a must. Any fried rice from this place taste so good. chilli oil from the table adds authenticity. Small place always get packed, good portion for the price.”

“Well I wanted pancakes and so ventured out to find this cafe. Clearly quite popular, I arrived about 8.30am on a Saturday morning and was able to get a table straight away. 45 minutes later when I left there was already a queue. There is …”

Arthouse Hotel
3.9
( 8 reviews ) $$
Closed until 10:00 AM

275 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

“Was here for a corporate Christmas event. It had a beautiful interior. Good vibes. Although the food was slow to come out and not served the same on both floors.”

Santa Catarina
4.6
( 16 reviews )
Closed until 05:00 AM

Shop 1/152-156 Clarence St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

“Poor service by the restaurant hostess. Early 6pm, The lady (short blonde hair) said it’s fully booked. Fact 90% of the tables are empty, right side mini bar area is empty also. She didn’t even bother to check what time the tables are available. Fact is they open until late. Seems like she is not interested on extra profit for the restaurant. Skipping this restaurant. Service is as important as food.”

Kurtosh - Darling Square
4
( 8 reviews )

Shop 1, 16 Nicolle Walk Darling Square, Haymarket NSW 2000, Australia

“Food - tbh the kurtosh is the only thing ill suggest to eat here and try the biscoff flavor, weve tried the nutella(way too sweet), i had high expectations but nothing special. i tried and would not recommend the peanut, caramel and choco bar(way too many peanuts), mums choco cake(dry), orange semolina cake(dry and crumbles you need a water after youve ate this cake). Service - staff were friendly Atmosphere- lots of tables decor was okay. Nothing to special.”

B.b.q. King
3.9
( 8 reviews ) $$

76-78 Liverpool St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

“I love BBQ King... used to go there all the time but then it closed and moved - and it’s now a rare treat. I will say I liked the old place better: it had a sense of being only about the food... the new place does not have the same vibe. In saying this, the food is excellent and it an awesome late night dinner option! The crispy duck and pork are excellent!”

Individual Back

Closed until 09:30 AM

412-414 George St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

“I enjoy Koko Black chocolate as it's a good gift option in Australia. The taste is excellent. However, I would suggest that as a chocolate brand emphasizing gifting, it would be more customer-friendly to offer complimentary paper bags that match the purchase amount. Given the already elevated cost of their chocolate, providing the paper bag for free upon request would enhance the overall customer experience.”

Pasticceria Papa Cakes & Deli
4.1
( 8 reviews ) $$
Closed until 07:00 AM

75 Hall St, Bondi Beach NSW 2026, Australia

“Not sure what some people are smoking but this bakery, sandwich, gelato, cheese, & Everything Delicious Shop is amazing! Excellent customer service and a large variety of pastries. They are lucky to have this shop in their neighborhood. It’s right across from Field to Fork butcher shop. It should have 5 stars. Good coffee too. P.S. This is the best strawberry tart I’ve ever had! Nearly passed out from joy. Check this place out.”

Guylian Belgian Chocolate Cafe
3.8
( 16 reviews )

Shop 5-6, Darling Quarter, 1-25 Harbour St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

“Slow customer service despite not being overly busy. Had to ask twice to get the table wiped down even though there was adequate amount of staff around, we also gave at least 20mins wait before asking for the rest of our order (which was a premade brownie which only required slight reheating). Unfortunately the brownie was also dry & more of a cake, the lemon type sauce on the plate did not go with the brownie at all as well. Coffee wasn’t too bad but the brownie made my partner & I sick afterwards. Very disappointing experience & will not be back.”

Brooklyn Bridge Deli
4.4
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 07:00 AM

6/2 Bridge St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

“Value for money. The quality of bread was so good along with the fillings. Visited the place for a weekday lunch. It was bit of a wait but the line moves quickly. Also it's worth the wait. It might be a bit confusing for the first time visitor as there will be a queue for the north burgers as well. They have two or three vegetarian options. I enjoyed the Haloumi Sandwich.”

Breadtop World Square
3.9
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 07:30 AM

Shop 9.20/680 George St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

“I decided to make purchase from Breadtop because of some egg tart promotion they are running. Due to stock mismanagement in this branch, they asked me to make the trip back to the same shop 1 hour later when they have the egg tarts ready. I suggested that they provide me with something else in lieu of the egg tart to save me a trip. They insisted that it can only be the egg tart and that I have to make the trip back. Already paid for the product and I'll have to forfeit that egg tart owing to me. They don't understand that some customers have a busy day and can't make the extra trip. Bad customer service and don't respect customer's time. Lets the customer take the burden of their inventory mismanagement and can't be intelligently flexible. If something takes long to make, then simply start making it earlier. Instead, they run some promotion on a product not available for half of the day and wants customers to put up with internal company operation nonsense. Looking for recipe to yummy products, but instead got a recipe for disappointment. They have lots of excuses, but not a lot of customer service.”
