“Great frozen custard! Only outdoor seating. Pretty large selection and of course seasonal options! As of early September, they still have the key lime pie custard , which I haven't tried YET, but I am sure is absolutely out of this world. But they are now offering caramel apple 🍎 and surely more seasonal flavors will come out soon! You can also build your own custard! Plenty of parking , and a good spot to chill and enjoy the whether.”

“Normally I’d rate a 5/5, but the frosting this week is totally lacking. We go every Wednesday for y’all’s Butter Beer and Cookie Dough cupcakes and the frosting was totally different than normal, and not in a good way.. I just don’t understand how your staff can go through the same training and yet produce such vastly different products. Aside from that, I’d like to give a huge Thank you to Tiffany; she’s there every wednesday that I visit and has made each and every experience absolutely wonderful! She never fails to make me and my family feel welcomed, please treat her well; we need more people like her in the world!”

“I wish I could put negative 5 stars review!!! Super rude stuff. When I asked for a manager, I was told “I am a manager”, this person didn’t act like one at all. When I asked for the supervisor, I was told that this information is confidential! Really?!?!?! Someone has to control the attitude and professionalism of franchisee stuff. I just wanted to purchase an ice-cream and walked out super mad without making a purchase! Insane!!!! I hope someone from corporate will see this review and will take appropriate actions!”
