“Amazing food!!! So fresh ! We had the smoked sardines, octopus and ham coquette for starters. Our mains were chicken, salted cod stew and tripe stew. Every single dish showcased the attention n love that the chef Pepote puts into each dish. Definitely worth the trip here. N chef Pepote was super nice n attentive! Lovely dinner !”

“We found this place just by searching high rated restaurants on Google. It was a 15 minute walk from our hotel, and figured why not. The food here was phenomenal. I hope that Michelin checks them out, as they deserve a bib gourmand at the least. Maybe even a full star. Unique takes on traditional Spanish cuisine, and all delicious. Service was excellent, and the ambiance was great. And relatively inexpensive (my wife and I are from NY, and we're used to meals of this caliber costing about $250+, about double what we spent).”

“I got a Calamari sandwich from another place but I knew that wasn't going to be as satisfying for me because I am not a huge calamari guy so I saw a place with pastries in their glass counters. This place was called Museo del Pan Gallego. Looking for a savory snack I saw they had the Spanish Empanadas. The one I ordered was the Tuna but they also had egg, meat and a couple other options. The only interesting thing was there was no lights on lol. I took my order to go and enjoyed it in front of the Royal Palace.”

The staff are friendly and professional and really go out of their way to make your dining experience a pleasure. For me, everything was just too salty. The salmorejo, although homemade, was too on the salty side. The zamboriñas were great but I would have liked a slice of lemon to accompany them. They offer inside and outside seating.”
