“Excellent food let down by truly terrible service with an enforced tip. Our Spanish waiter was rude and impatient, rolling his eyes as we ordered. Did not make us feel welcome, and hurried us along, especially with the wine choices. We were hoping for recommendations and instead it felt like he was a breath away from tutting at us. We were sat outside, which is really inside the centre, but it was weird having people walk past you to go to other bars while you're eating. Not a very good atmosphere really, and if we had been given a choice to dine inside the restaurant, we would have taken it. Food quality was excellent. I'd strongly recommend the scallops and black pudding, but you can't go wrong with anything here. The chorizo was delicious but definitely stays with you for a few hours. All of our food bar the mushroom dish was served at the same time. We waited about ten minutes and then flagged down a curly haired server, who told us that "it's probably still coming". It wasn't. A different person came to clear our plates and when we asked again, she said that he "probably forgot". No accountability. We finally got the mushrooms, but the entire table had finished eating by then. Not great at all. An enforced tip on the bill sealed the deal. I'm sure we could have asked them to remove it but no doubt it would have took another 30 minutes. Would we come back? Probably not. There's other places nearby that do good food with actual competent service.”

Disgusting. I hope you had a lot more people cancelling that night. The Ashton lane party didnt start till 7 their meal was booked for 6:30. They had no intention of going to the street party yet told they would have to pay £35 a head. What's up with you people?”

“The ferry is a very cozy place, they open only on Saturdays and Sundays, it's at the heart of Glasgow City center. They serve food till 8:30 but drinks is been sold downstairs and they also have guest artists come in to serenade people and all. It's actually quite cheap and they have the 3-course meal. The wash room is very standard and neat, it's a really great view at night.”

“So disappointed that after reading reviews I chose to get food from here. I thought to get authentic haleem being authentic pakistani restaurant. The haleem turned out literally so pathetic in taste. Massively tasteless as it was just mixture of boiled lentils without any meat in there. And the lentils too were uncooked and spices especially red chili was highly uncooked (kachi mirchain in urdu) there was no oil/ghee so they ruined my dinner. Hope they will learn something to cook "Haleem".”

“Went for starting drinks for my hen do early afternoon on a Saturday. Great drink selection, cool cocktail tree and a nice photo wall but unfortunately in the middle of the day it's exactly how you expect to find a night club when the lights are turned on. Toilets were really revolting, no toilet paper in any, most blocked, which is not pleasant when sober and dressed up nicely for a day of cocktails, floor sticky and music too loud. Not quite the place I thought it was when I booked it.”

“Have placed 2 orders over the festive period, first one 16" pizza was burnt and had a scrapping of topping on it.. then ordered set meal yesterday waited over an hour to be called as had wrong address, so when order recieved food was freezing and sent wrong juice ordered large bottle of coke receieved diet and still waiting on correct bottle to be sent. My honest opinion is that they are to greedy take to many orders that they cant cope with which reflects on their food and customer service.”
