Young chow fried rice had fresh ingredients and had wonderful flavors. As well as roast duck and steamed chicken feet with black soy bean,and it wonderful to see a restaurant offer coke products and Pepsi products that way the customers can choose their favorite. “Went here for a late lunch. Even given the mid-afternoon timing, it was very busy (20+ minute wait). Our wait staff was great; friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. The food seemed pretty good; my salad was OK. Chief knock against this place is the cost; $250 for six people for lunch. If this were dinner with drinks, appetizers, entrees, and maybe dessert, I wouldn't have given the check a second thought. Seemed very pricey for a lunch meal.”

“There was a story of a time where my card did not work (even at any ATMs) and there was a bartender at the time who was very understanding. He gave me my meal completely for free and said to come back whenever I had the money. I did later on that day and he was the kindest soul about it. I did not realize that bartender was the owner of that location: Kris. He has to be one of the most passionate and caring persons that I have ever met in food service, and I do not say that lightly. This isn't even mentioning how the food is always so good. So far, I have had nachos, wings, and a burger with fries. All of them deserve a 10/10. If you're looking for good people, good food, and a good time, go to Orchard Tavern West. That place has more than just my business: they have a friend out of me!”

Excellent selection - ice cream, oat based, sorbet, fro yo. So many choices. Food labels are right next to the products. Excessively great amount of fun toppings. Appreciate that hot fudge is gluten free. Has to go items. Kids have fun pulling the handles on their own. Comes out fast! Plenty of eat in spaced out or all the "to go" items are stocked and ready. “I ordered a quart of rice from the restaurant and walked over just for them to tell me they only accepted cards for a $10 minimum. I told them I would be back and the cashier said “ok.” I ran home and came back in 6 minutes - only 5 minutes after closing (mind you, my rice was already made) & I come to the door. She tells me they’re closed even though they are still in there and my rice was done. I called and she watched me as she rejected it. If you’re looking for decency, try somewhere else.”

“We visited around 7:15 pm (they opened at 7pm) on Friday, December 23, 2023. After ordering 3 cookies, we found a sign that said we had to wait for 25 minutes because they start baking after taking orders. The employee didn’t mention about the wait rule. They went back to the back room soon and stayed there unless new walk-in customers came in. Simply rude. Our 3 cookies came out 38 minutes after ordering them. The online/app order customers looked so frustrated because their cookies didn’t come out at the time they were told to pick up. The worst part is that their cookies are good but not the best. It’s not so worth it. We also got strawberry ice cream in a pint box which took 5 seconds to take out from the freezer😂 The ice cream didn’t taste good. The worst place to go. They have to change the way to run business.”
