We were however lucky to get a table at Bank on our last night. Superb food, excellent quality ingredients, good choice and portion sizes, attentive service, quirky surroundings right next to the river, SUPER dog friendly (dogs welcomed through the whole restaurant, they even offered dog beds !! Which is something I have never seen anywhere ❤️👌), we have been trying to think of anything they could improve on and have drawn a blank 😂. Well done !!!!”

“Been waiting 3 weeks for a loan decision, they did a hard check in my credit file and have had full access to all my accounts and still haven't gave me any reply. I've called 5 times if not more and still no decision, I've sent my id in twice, been told that I didn't reply to a message that I can see I responded too 1 minute after it was sent, I've had to do my membership over the phone and was told I would definitely hear back by the Monday which I didn't called back again and was told I'd hear by Tuesday, it's not Friday and I've heard nothing. Now the phone lines are cutting off dead. Ive never had such difficulties applying for a loan before ever.”

“Ridiculous company! Their “staff” are untrained, revolting children who don't know how to handle SPECIAL NEEDS customers properly. The customer was effectively BLAMED for the incident in the branch a few weeks ago even though it was the UNMONITORED machine that caused it. Never again will I ever attend one of their branches. They are exactly like every other company named Virgin… incapable of understanding that there is more to having a disability than sight and hearing loss. I sincerely hope they are dragged kicking and screaming by the scruff of the neck into the 21st century by the law. Avoid like the plague. They are 100% not worth the hassle.”
