Got myself a hoppy can of IPA, wings and chips. Wings were really good, but I would love to have a couple of extra there. Shoestring chips should be crunchier and crispier to my taste, but the portion was really generous. IPA kicked in nicely as per recommendation of the guys at the bar. The price followed my expectations, but my expectations were - going to a trendy place get prepared to be charged more. Beer, chips and wings rang up to $42.16. The atmosphere is nice, but if you come with people on a late night you might need to yell, cause place is loud. Bartenders and waiting stuff were friendly and looked like they cared, which is a big plus. Will return again.”

“The best meal we had in Sydney, they served the best entree . The lobster, that sauce definitely great with the bread. Also the waitstaff are so chatty and making jokes, the whole experiences were definitely the top notch. We had Prawn pasta and pumpkin ravioli, shocking, so great, pasta was al dente, yummy, juicy. Ravioli was simple and light. Do like it very much. And the end we only had some ice latte and Alcohol affogato as dessert. Perfect ending.”

“Why can't I pick 10 stars?? This restaurant is amazing and without doubt the best on the Coast. We've enjoyed Palette and most of the other fine dining restaurants on the Coast but Ladybird beats them all with flavor, quality, service and atmosphere. Located outside the former Versace hotel near Marina Mirage, across the road from the Sheraton Hotel, this is my number one recommendation for superb delicious well presented food, and the prices are just right for this quality and the premium waterfront location. Bottles of wine are reasonably priced and excellent quality. Everything is wonderful but the duck spring rolls are out of this world with superb flavor, texture and freshness. I'm not normally a fan of spring rolls but these are worth every cent, and I doubt I'll ever experience anything better. But I love everything here and truly believe their shared salmon dish is the ultimate salmon meal. OMG, the flavours are superb. This could very well be the best restaurant in Australia. 10 golden stars!!”

“Great menu and for the price of the lamb platter I was so impressed. You get three sticks of lamb, shish and the meat so tender and delicious. Generous amount of salad and rice and dips. I couldn't believe the portion for lunch. Lovely friendly, efficient service . A group of us went there to celebrate my friend's graduation. Everyone was very satisfied. Bus stop close by and parking in the side streets .I'll be back. I'm yet to check out the butcher and I can't wait!”

If you're lucky to get the divine 1kg T-bone steak in your daily specials, have it cooked medium-rare. Great food, friendly staff, overall would recommend for a fancy lunch or dinner.”

“Found this gorgeous place as we were driving through Cleveland last night. Absolutely delicious food and the atmosphere was just so relaxing with a pianist playing. Food was superb and my fish was the best I have tasted in a long time. Felt like I had stepped back in time to where you get quality service and food. The staff were so attentive. Beautiful white table cloths which just adds a special extra touch. Took a walk down near the water under the moonlight. This restaurant is just stunning. Will be taking a drive again there soon. Thank you for a wonderful dinner and night! Feel like I have missed out not knowing this place existed.”

“I got a miso mushroom halloumi burger and it wasn’t bad. I enjoyed the sauce and the halloumi was nice and charred. However, the bread was a bit too toasted for my liking. A slightly less dry bread would be nice, but to each their own perhaps. However, my bread wasn’t nearly as bad as my partner’s BBQ bacon cheeseburger! The bun was too toasted - the texture was unpleasant to eat (hard, crunchy and drier). And the burger pattie was not big/wide enough for the bun. You had to get a mouthful of only bread before you reached the pattie. And his chips serving looked quite small. We compared it to a companion who had bought the same burger and his quality seemed better. Even the chips serving looked more rewarding. The varied consistency is disappointing, between the same meal, as well as different meals. It would also be nice if they had a place for us to get our own water. I think overall, given the price of the burgers, the quality for all the burgers coupled with the lack of consistency was a bit disappointing. It wasn’t terrible but I would recommend avoiding the cheese and bacon burger. Plenty of people and families were there too, and nice and clean bathrooms.”
