“Visited on New Year’s Eve and it was surprisingly not crowded. Staff were efficient and nice atmosphere overall. We ordered a few dishes and they tasted pretty good. The Brussel Sprouts were amazing, nicely caramelised on the outside and it didn’t taste bitter at all. Ordered their Raclette Cheese and had to order an extra side of sourdough to go with it, so it’s pretty pricey altogether. The iron plate steak was pretty good, but doesn’t come with any sauce. The food were generally quite delicious and yummy, but the price is pretty high. Might also wanna consider giving free cake for birthday celebration, a small gesture will entice the customers more. This is something that many restaurants are doing too.”

Quite a good package @ $55 for the quality 👍 For Mushroom spaghetti, mushroom is over season with salt. Overall still ok as my kid still like it. Will try again soon!”

Unfortunately, the overall dining atmosphere resembled that of a Zhi Char establishment in a hawker center, lacking the refinement one would expect from a top-tier venue. The letdown extends beyond the food, with the service from the staff leaving much to be desired. Notably, their attention appeared skewed towards patrons in the VIP room who were foreigners, neglecting the needs of other diners. An incident worth mentioning involved a spillage on our table, highlighting a glaring lack of professionalism. The staff member assigned to address the situation displayed a dismissive attitude, casually tossing a cloth our way with apparent disdain. The audible displeasure expressed during the cleanup process only added to the overall unpleasant encounter. Such behavior significantly marred the dining experience, creating a lasting impression that discourages any future visits. Despite these shortcomings, the establishment manages to salvage some appeal through its remarkable view and tasteful decor, earning it a modest two-star rating. However, for those seeking a truly refined dining experience, this may not be the preferred venue.”

“Food was made with quality ingredients and cooked really well. We had an assortment of fried dishes, rice, bread and curries. Ambience was nice, eating outside with a lovely river view. It wasn’t a busy night when we visited for Tuesday dinner. There weren’t many staff on shift but we still got attentive and fast service. We had the onion rings (nice batter), chicken 65 and salmon fish tikka (both very flavourful). Chef’s special goat curry was also filled with spices with tender meat. Dal kinara was one of my faves. There was mixed reviews about the Lucknowi biryani. I thought it was nice though, haha. The naan basket was lovely especially the Kashmiri naan with the dry fruits and nuts. Serving size was generous and can be enjoyed for sharing by 2-3 persons. Food serving time was just nice. Price range is on the high side but dishes were made with quality.
