“Easy reservation done to visit the Siboire for the first time. Quickly they guided to our place. Atmosphere was very nice we had a quick appetizer. They had a great variety of beer. Service was very good and friendly. Food was ok but not very spectacular. My tartar salmon was missing freshness. As an appetizer we had cheese cake and fruit cake. Overall an ok visit and enough easy parking around the micro brasserie.”

“This is a big bar! We were alone in the Resto on a Saturday at noon. We had excellent service. I shared the steak sandwich and the Texan Burger. Both were yummy. My first choice is the steak sandwich. The fries didn’t tempt me, but they fine. I had a Cesar which was basically a basic dressing from a bottle.”

“I love this place, is really near to my new home. The ambience here is everything, is so cozy and comfortable. You can relax, share a bretzel, grab some beers, even do a degustation to choose your favorite one, and the prices are really right. Personally I love the Frida beer, it tastes so good, raspberry-ish… 100 recommend. I would move to the building upstairs to pull out a Lily and Marshall - MacLarens pub. Is that iconic for me.”

“Out of province visitor, went to the area to hike. Stopped by Barbies for a quick meal and beer. Had the half rack ribs, fries and coleslaw. Environment and atmosphere was nice and friendly. I managed to get by with some limited French, the serveuse was friendly and was able to understand me and was able to speak some English as well. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name. Was not busy at time of visit, and this was the day after St. Jean Baptiste”

“One of the few restaurants that is not fastfood in the area. The windows seats have nice view to the water, too bad we went here at night, but it’s still very nice with great ambiance. The food I would say average, with great and not so great dishes. The salmon soup is really good with big pieces of salmon and cod. The clam chowder is a bit too salty. The salmon tartare is so-so, there’s no flavor in it. The highlight of my dinner is the shrimp pasta in rosé sauce. The sauce is really really tasty. I would say it’s one of the best pastas I’ve had! The server is friendly, however the service is extremely slow because there was only one server.”
