“I happened to be in the area and looking for somewhere to grab a quick bite to eat before catching a show at the Capital Turnaround, and I am SO glad I found Taco City 🌮!! Yum yum yummmmm… Everything was so incredibly delicious from the cocktails to the quesadillas and tacos!! They have a huge range of tequilas and mezcals to choose from, so if that’s your thing - you should definitely add these guys to your list!!! 10/10 would recommend!”

“I used to love their sandwiches back in 2018ish… I think their quality has gone down since then. I agree with what other said about the meat being on the skimpy side, especially for a $14 6 in sandwich. I got the chicken fontina. On top that, there were several pieces of chicken in the sandwich that were rock solid that I didn’t eat. I don’t think I’ll be returning for food! Bummer!”

“Farm to table delicious food in north Capitol Hill area. Menu changes weekly according to farm produce available and in season. All grilled items done to perfection and perfectly seasoned. Everyone loved the S'mores Pot Du Creme and everyone wanted "their own", however the waiter recommended this desert for sharing ..after trying to eat the whole thing including all the fabulous toasted homemade vanilla bean marshmallows, I wished I heeded the waiters advice..huge sugar surge...so try but please share this marvelous desert!”

“I Loved this place. The platters are a decent price, the draught beers and mixdd drinks are on point. The service was outstanding and friendly. The owner treated everybody as if they were family or good friends. If you live in DC, make this a regular spot. If you come to visit and you want some good Bbq, definitely stop by. I did twice during my 3 days in DC.”

“Came here for happy hour. Not too crowded. Their happy hour is pretty weak straight forward with things like nachos, tacos, sliders, and $6 glasses of wine. Seems like a place that a lot of regulars come too, because people were walking in and being greeted by the bartender by name. I’d come back.”

“As a #chocolatecity native it took me a couple of years but I finally found my go to bar and ramen place! That's only ten minutes from my house!!! Jay is a wonderful bartender! And the cool gentelman in the sunglasses(didnt catch his name🤷🏾♀️🥹🙏🏾)Never lose them! Love the work that you guys put into the structure paintings photos etc, especially the bathroom 😆 Second time coming can't wait to see you guys real soon!!”
