“It is a lovely romantic dining experience. My wide and I really enjoyed ourselves. The food was well cooked, presented beautifully, and full of flavour. The service was great, in partially Little Mohamed and Aynura who were just delightful and made every effort for us. The Menu has plenty of fish options in particular. It is on the more expensive side, but the food is very well done. The piano music really helped set the atmosphere. The view at night is a little difficult to appreciate due to the lighting, but if you time it at sunset, or go late in slightly warmer weather when the windows can be opened, you will get a fantastic view.”

“I came here in the summer but became so sick I forgot to write a review. We were invited by friends for dinner at this restaurant. I expected a lot because of the good reviews. The view and the staff were very nice. Appetizers looked unique and interesting but weren't my favorite. When the main course came, it looked like the platter was made beforehand (cold veggies, skin-like layer on the sauce). The meat was fine but I didn't finish my meal. In general I was satisfied when I left, but the big problem came later. Me and my whole family became very sick, we were on the toilet for days and had to go to the doctor because of dehydration. Later we called our friends from the dinner, and they also had severe stomach problems. I would never expected something like this from a place with such nice staff and location. Very disappointed.”

“The view is obviously one of the most attractive elements of Simone Istanbul, which has quickly earned many regulars. The view of Pera on one side and the Golden Horn on the other is a different Istanbul beauty from every corner. Spending time in the venue while watching the sunset against the Galata Tower is a unique delight. It will be quite enjoyable to spend your hours with Simone Istanbul’s famous cocktails, especially when the sun sets in the afternoon; nonetheless, Simone is a spot that may be favored for any meal, at any time of day. We are confronted with a location that has a different vibe at each hour. It is advantageous to make a reservation for the popular setting, especially in the evenings when there are DJ performances.”

“The prices try to be like it’s haute cuisine. But the quality of food is like 5/10. The presentation of the dish looks like in any cheap eatery. Very poor service: they didn’t gave us napkins and hasn’t changed cutlery between different kind of food. Also they served hot drinks before the dishes without even asking about correct order. Too much of fake lux.”

“I came to Food Hall for the first time during my holiday in Istanbul. Next day I was here again, because this place is definitely what I am looking for. The quality of the food and drinks are top. The choices are vast and the staff are very friendly. I even met the owners of the place and they are extremely nice. The prices are reasonable for a quality place like this. If you decide to sit on the terrace, you’d have a beautiful view of the Bosphorus and the Topkapi Palace (trust me it is very rare in the concrete jungle of Istanbul). On the 1st floor, you have a really nicely decorated street food quarters where you have choices from Asian food to Italian food. Everyone welcomes you with a smile on their faces. I strongly recommend Food Hall for a great experience in the culture capital of Turkey.”

“The best mezze I have had in a long time!! The usual favorites are delicious (beans, patlican in yogurt etc) but the more unusual ones (shrimp and squid with garlic and onions, giritli ezme, smoked mackerel etc) were amazing. The selection is huge! Fair prices and great service. I will be back for sure!!”
