We are from the south and know good BBQ. Their baked beans are the BEST I have ever tasted and the BBQ sauces are fantastic!! Kudos!! We will be back to visit when ever we visit CO!! Thank you!!”

We ordered some things off the happy hour menu, and then we ordered the braised lamb cannelloni and the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. Both plates were exquisite, my only complaint is that they give a very sparse amount of fries with the chicken sandwich. Love coming here, will definitely be back at some point.”

My wife and I move back in FEB and the first thing we are doing is grabbing a supreme thin crust pizza from you all and devour it in the parking lot! It's a little pricey but the staff here are very attentive and come in consistently for refills and ask to serve you more and more, which is great since there is a 90 minute time period in which you can order in. Can't go wrong with meat, sauce, rice, and cooking it to your own taste and perfection. My only criticism would be the fact that the last order is only allowed 20 minutes prior to the end of the 90 minutes, which doesn't make sense to have it end that early since I would've liked desert. Great place to take friends and family for an interactive and fun dinner!”

Wagyu salami was smokey and paired well with the truffle cheese ($16 for 2 choices of meat and cheese) The Brussel sprouts ($16) was different, it was over beet Hummus. The salmon was ok ($32), but the vegetables (mushrooms and bokchoy) that came with it had a lot of flavor. Bone marrow was amazing (just to me). My friends are not a fan, but I am a bone marrow snob ($18). Bread was good. Truffle fries were ok ($14), but you get a huge portion. My friend got the arugula and beet salad but sub Spinach. It was good. I had the orange ginger mocktail($7), and it was delicious. The elderberry martini was good, too. Our server suggested it with a lemon sugar rim! ($16) It was delicious. Everything came out to $193 with 20% tip.”

Days later, being back in Vail - we stopped by after dinner elsewhere to grab a cocktail at the bar, while 2 people in our party had to use the restroom. The man (who I believe was one of the owners/executives, but don't quote me) at the front was beyond rude when asked where the restrooms were, and then continued by following us all back through the restaurant, making a female guest of ours pretty uncomfortable. The rest of our party was told they couldn't stand at the bar & grab drinks, and were told by this man if they didn't have a seat to leave because standing just "Isn't allowed." Seems like the first time we were treated well because we had a large dinner bill? Way better places to go in Vail, don't waste your money.”
