“Stopped here during our visit to DC and we tried the onion rings, I got Steve’s steak sub and my husband got the brisket nachos. Everything was amazing! The taste the service. I would definitely recommend this place. Especially to anyone looking to eat kosher, as it can be hard to find places like that.”

“List of tap beers are interesting, the food portions are pretty big for us. Cobb salad is freshly prepared and tasty while chicken sandwiches is too saucy. Service was okay. Nice to give them a try”

“Food is wonderful and the bartenders were very kind! We were a group of 6 on the weekend and had a great time, the balcony space is wonderful. The tater tot latkes were definitely a menu highlight, we just kept ordering more. Solid place for a good boozy brunch and the vibes are very cute.”

“The breakfast tacos were really good! The shell was soft and fluffy. The price was expensive compared to some amazing tex mex I've had in Texas. ($4.50/taco versus $3.00/taco). If you buy in groups of 6, the price reduces to $4/taco, which is helpful. Portions are somewhat small, but the tacos are still pretty filling for the small size. Flavors are good. Tacos are simple, and satisfying. Outdoor seating is limited to only three tables of 4 seats. Expect long lines and no nearby parking. Service is somewhat slow at the register, but food is quick to cook.”

“This is a new location for this family run Mexican restaurant. It's an explosion of colorful decor. If you had a bad day, come and unwind here. If the lively atmosphere doesn't make you happy, the margaritas will. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our waiter was patient and helpful. We were seated right away. Service is fast. The food is fresh and tasty. Did I mention the margaritas? Well, I tried and loved the Georgia Peach flavored one. This one is served on the rocks. They also have about 5 frozen flavor options. It's loud with music playing and people socializing, but not obnoxious. It's a fairly small restaurant, but the mirrors give it a very open feel. If I lived here locally, I would frequent this restaurant. Good luck for this new location.”

Lulu's Wine Garden

“The brunch- very underwhelming. They need to add more options, for lower prices. The juice (pictured) to go with the mimosa (they only have pineapple tepache, ran out of orange… no other juices) was terrible. 2/10, very floral like.. I can’t even explain how weird. Chicken taquitos were good, fish tacos were over stuffed. Music 9/10 for sure. The benches aren’t safe for children, let alone drunk adults.”

“We went there for a NYE dinner, reservations for 8p were no problem the morning of. While the waiter was great, and food was good, it was the constant unsureness of everything we wanted to order. We would order something on the Happy Hour menu that was on the QR code, but told it was not HH pricing but also did not know what it would cost ("no more than a couple dollars more..."), ordered the Ham and Cheese Croquettes, but they were just potato croquettes, ordered the Parker House Rolls but told they were out and then two minutes later they were available, ordered a seasonal cocktail but the main ingredient was no longer available... And then there's the 4% "2023 Recovery Surcharge". Restaurants need to quit with this nonsense and just raise the prices because it is coming out of your wait staffs tip. All that to say, I would like to give this place another try. It has a lot going for it. If it is a better experience next time, and they actually get rid of the "2023 Recovery Surcharge", I will update the review.”
