“BJ’s is the winner of the return to restaurant choice. We’ve been here four times and each time surprised by our meals and the great service, once you get seated. BJ’s is a brewhouse and has a large amount of seating and adequate food staff. Wait times can be rough around any weekend but typically 10 to 15 minutes during the week. Their mixed drinks are very good, I’ve had a few of their beers and haven’t found one I like yet , but margaritas and sangrias are all very tasty. Last night I had the prime rib with Sriracha brussels sprouts and fries. My wife had a very good looking chicken dish. But we shared avocado eggrolls and fried dumplings, which were both very good, as are all of their appetizers. But be prepared typical appetizers $15. This is not a cheap place The noise level is pretty big loud but it’s a brewhouse after all, and attention to detail is probably the best I have seen in the last dozen times we’ve eaten out. The prime rib was very good. I’ll include pictures. As was everything else that we had With the prime rib. I ordered rare and got it nicely rare cooked through beautifully pink perfect pink and it is a weekend special $35 I believe. It comes with a cookie cake dessert. Fresh baked. So like I said, we’ve been there four times now and each time has been a nice pleasant and eventless experience. I believe the best experiences to have your wait staff just do their thing magically cleaning your table Without disrupting you, but be tentative always to make sure your drinks are full and they ask of everything is good and if you need anything. The two things that really stand out at any eatery to me is if the person who is serving you tells you their name, and to that they bring extra napkins if they see you struggling - without you having to ask for them. That’s from the tiniest little breakfast place to the fanciest place you could eat that should be two things that are automatic. I hate calling a server. Hey you. So our bill was $125 to give you an idea that’s a two drinks prime rib chicken, something to appetizers and two cocktails. Not bad in our area near the ocean Atlantic that is. We will be back.”
