“We were staying at the campsite of Camping Waldbad across the street during the heavy rains a few weeks back. Because of this we had to wade through half a metre of water to get from the bus stop to the campsite. We arrived at the restaurant drenched in water. Sadly they don't accept foreign cards and we didn't have enough cash with us to buy a meal for every one of us. One of the waiters offered us that we could get the rest of the money the next day. It is safe to say that this is the best curry wurst I have ever had.”

“Pretty standard cologne german restaurant. Good thing is they are pretty big, they serve Kölsch the traditional way, and they have a pretty good schnitzel and blood sausage. Service was fairly attentive, esp wrt Kölsch refills. Would recommend here to try cologne blood sausage. Caution against the pork knuckle...it's boiled instead of roasted so instead of a crunchy crust you get a hunk of gelatinous pig skin...order at your own risk.”

“This is such a lovely cozy, rustic place where you can get real German food! Everything on the menu has something of potatoes in it. One of the members of our group didn't want potatoes, but they were able to accommodate her too, with steak and vegetables. I had turkey in a cream sauce topped with melted cheese, and rösti. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't eat crisply fried rösti. It came in a stoneware bowl, and had been in the oven with all that meat and cream sauce, so none of the crispness was left. I would have preferred rösti on the side. But it was delicious, anyway. I'd love to come back here again someday.”

One of these policies is that if you want to take away your food, then they don't give you any discounts offer on it, but if you dine in then they will give you discount offers which is absurd. They also charge a considerable amount to deliver but deliver later than the time mentioned. I ordered from them from less than 800 meters from their place.”
