“I’m giving it five stars across the board. Not because it’s a five star restaurant and yes it’s way back in the sticks and yes, the decor is hummm “Marina Eclectic” maybe they’re not the fastest servers in the world but you can’t say the food isn’t good because I’ve eaten there twice and the food tasted homemade, fresh and for that kind of price a bargain. And because both times I’ve been in there there’s a line to the door to place an order. They do actually cook back there. It ain’t for everybody but it’s five stars for me.”

“The burger 🍔 I ordered was hot and fresh. The bun was toasted and hot. There was evenly spread dressing on the top and bottom bun. The fries were also hot and fresh. I plan on going back with my husband. Also a very clean restaurant.”

“Perfect brunch after MATCH theater, less than 5 minutes drive and not crowded. Weather was perfect and they have great patio seating. Food and drinks were all fantastic. Shakshuka with pita, smoked ribeye hash, burger and kids chicken tenders were all amazing. Excited to come back and try all the other menu items!”

“They were out of more interesting draft brews and no flights so not too much for us here (we are a bit jaded I guess). The service was also a bit slow and not terribly friendly. The atmosphere is definitely a “converted 7-11” vibe so visiting in the day time doesn’t do the place any favors. That said we liked the pretzel and it does look like the burger special might be worth a try.”

“Some of our group chose to sleep in late which resulting in movement around 2pm. The original places we had in mind were going to be closed by arrival or had a long wait. Underground Hall to the rescue! I love places like this because everyone's tastebuds can be satisfied. There were champagne shots, churros, fried chicken sandwich, tacos, and leches'. There was also a pizza and burger spot. I would consider this a hidden gem.”

“A really good place for date night or just simply a night out. We went here and the valet was super attentive and was on point. Then the hostess I wish I got her name but she was very friendly and good at her job in my opinion. The servers and bar tenders all made the night special and the food was so good. I highly suggest to get whatever special they have going on at the time.”

“Steak Night on Mondays and Taco Tuesdays are well worth the visit to By Popular Demand!! They also have a great whiskey selection and a variety of good tequila's to choose from as well. The atmosphere is warm and cozy with a cool living room vibe. When we're not dying from the heat, the patio feels like a welcoming little backyard space.”

Lots of room lots of seating and even has tvs to watch the games or a fight. This is one of the most well maintained places I have ever seen in the east Houston area!”

“We had a good dinner here tonight. I had the rigatoni rustica and it was excellent. My husband had the pork chop and he enjoyed it, but wished the asparagus had been served on the side, as the flavor kind of took over the other components of the dish. Service was good and the patio was comfortable despite it being a bit cold out. We will definitely be back.”
