“I've never given a poor review to a Bistro Group Restaurant - until now. It was my first time trying Bulgogi Brothers and it was a disappointing experience to say the least. I should have trusted my instincts and read the reviews for this branch. If there ever was a reason why their landline was not working, it must be because they wanted to avoid the complaints from their disappointed customers. So we had to personally go to the store ahead of time to make a reservation. After talking to the manager at the store entrance to have a table for 6 people reserved, he assured us that he will get a table ready for our 7pm appointment. Things took a downward spiral from that point as another manager advised us that they do not take any reservations and that they assigned us to a table outside the store which did not have the grill/induction cooker. I had a hunch that they will not be very accommodating but decided to give them a chance. I am regrettably, still haunted by this decision. And take note that we visited on a Sunday evening when there were not a lot of customers. Here's a summary of their exemplary service: - We had to wait 30 minutes for the food to be delivered to our table - We had to beg for them to refill the drinks and side dishes - We had to keep our hands raised until our shoulders were numb in order for them to notice - We were given a pitcher of Iced Tea and was advised to just use that to refill our drinks - We had to go to the cash register to settle the bill in order to avoid wasting time Food was nothing spectacular - all items are available in every other Korean BBQ restaurant. Getting the steamed egg messed up takes exceptional skill. It is therefore no wonder that the store is conveniently confined at the 3rd level of Greenbelt 5. Avoid this branch at all costs. You and your family deserve better and the other Bistro Group restaurants will most definitely be a better choice.”

“The best tasting beef in any of the samgyup in the metro! Best to get there Meltique beef which is soft, tender and juicy. Eto palang sulit na🤤. All of their side dishes were flavorful with different tastes. Eggs,cheese, and rice are also included. Their place is quite small and you need to reserve prior to going here.Also ordered Omurice for my kid to exclude him from paying the buffet and it was gigantic and good for 3! It even has generous servings of ham. Will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends. 👌💯”

“We went there with my Wife and 6 months old baby. Some people were waiting to enter. But, They gave us priority due to Baby. This Restaurant is mix (Korean and Japanese meals) I have been in various Korean Restaurant. This one is the BEST due to variety of meals. We selected Beef Soup, Beef Barbecue, Chicken and California Maki. They have Kimcy, Cheese, Egg, Lettuce and plenty of souces. They have SEA FOODS too. All are UNLIMITED. We stay there about 2 hours. We asked FOR ICE CREAM at the end and quality good (soft ice-cream). But ice cream is limited. You can order one time only. They accept both CASH and CREDIT CARD. I tried to pay by Credit Card. But, system was very slow and I wait 30 minutes. Finally, I paid by Cash. 600 Peso per person. This is only was problem I faced there. I ADVISE THIS RESTAURANT TO EVERYONE.”

“The place is not that ambiant but if you need a cheap stop over to eat, it doesn't really matter. It has a view of taal though but not a view deck. Menu was limited when we ate, only batchoy and kansi were available on the soup menu. The chicken inasal tasted good but the size is small. I have to order another one to finish my one cup of rice. Nonetheless, I will come back for the chicken inasal.”
