We also asked to change the included potato fry to sweet potato. Food is very delicious, though quite heavy... Personally would prefer less sauce directly on the food. It would be better if the sauce can be served similarly as the dip separately. And also to mention is that here is cash only.”

“A large, beautiful, well-kept beer garden with self-service. Currywurst with fries may not be a typical Bavarian beer garden dish, but there it is a really tasty dish, which in my opinion stands out clearly from the standard sauce of a snack bar with the homemade, spicy sauce. The fries were also very tasty, not too salty. I can also recommend the potato salad. However, the on-site parking facility is poorly signposted, as it does not exist. You suddenly stand in front of a barrier and then have to turn back in a very small space. If you are coming by car, it is better to find a parking space in the village and then walk. In any case, what stands out for me is the convincing overall impression of the beer garden with colourful light bulbs, the view of Lake Ammersee, the large, beautiful, shady trees and the well-positioned, clean, well-kept wooden seating. You can eat really well and solidly there. I wouldn't lick my 10 fingers afterwards though. However, my rating only speaks for the beer garden, because the "Alte Villa" is currently being renovated. Definitely worth a visit.”

You had to wait until new meat sticks are ready and some of them were just medium done. The sweet skewers were uncharitable, partly with fruit skin. There was some chocolate on the fruits, but you should either fully cover the fruits in chocolate or leave it. 17,90€ per person was too much for this quality.”

“Absolutely the most amazing place to come during summer for BBQ or to enjoy sitting outside soaking in on the scenery. Everything is green and blossoms in amazing colors. The view of the meadow and forest is really peaceful. We loved this place so much that we had our wedding here. The food and location are absolutely amazing and people are still talking about our wedding to this day. Mainly about the food and location! Bratwurst is made from sun dried tomatoes and blue cheese I believe - you have to try it. It defies all rules of a German bratwurst, a real rebel!”
