Carriage On The Square Smokehouse
4.7
( 8 reviews ) $$
Open until 08:00 PM

117 N Broadway St, Greensburg, IN 47240, United States

“The food was really good. The brisket seemed like it was cooked in a crocpot witch id perfer it to be smoked on a grill or smoker. The staff was very busy almost too busy but they were very polite. We sat in the back where it was kind of dark and you could see the kitchen witch I wish I couldn't have. I know this may seem like a bad review but my mother and my aunt enjoyed the brisket baked potato and enjoyed themselves. I had the brisket nachos witch was good, not great. Could use some tweaking of the recipe perhaps. I hope to come across this small town again that has that charm to experience something new at the Carriage On The Square.”

“Great place to get some good smoked pork, brisket, and ribs! The wait staff was super friendly and was constant on drink refills. The salad bar and buffet both had great options. I will certainly be returning soon!”

Hawg N Sauce

6580 Leonard Rd N, Mt Vernon, IN 47620, United States

“The fish was not very good the portions were very small, look at the photos you will see. The spicy fish bite had less flavor and spice than the regular filets. Homemade Chips and barbecue was good a bit small but good. They were not very busy when I was there which may the service good and the workers help each other that it a really good service. Had heard how good the food was very disappointed.”

One Ten Craft Meatery

Open until 08:30 PM

110 N Buffalo St, Warsaw, IN 46580, United States

“This is a great place for carnivores. Steaks are great and bacon is amazing. The service is also very good. The only downside is the prices, so even though I would love to be able to go there every week, I can only afford to do it a couple times a year for special occasions.”

Rackz Bbq

Open until 08:00 PM

5790 E Main St Suite 140, Carmel, IN 46033, United States

“Food is tasty and the service was great! Place is very small, so I highly recommend you plan for takeout. The Brunswick stew is too greasy for my taste but was very full of flavor and a good size portion. A great value in my opinion. Fiancé loved the rib tips. 5/5”

“This place has no servers and seemingly no physical menus. They have you scan a QR code to review the menu and order. This makes group orders almost impossible. We cam with a group for a birthday and it did not work out well. I am assuming the reason for this os because the owners are trying to save money on labor (even though they only pay $2.13/hr and have a sly way to get you to subsidize their poor labor practices we will talk about shortly.) Not having servers probably works great on paper for the owners, but in practice for the customers it is an awful experience. Millenials and Gen Zers can probably work the system well enough but older generations struggle. It took our parents almost 15 mins just to figure out how to get to the menu. Because of the lack of menus and servers we had to order separately. There was an hour in between the time the first food was delivered and the last person's food was delivered. The food it's self is mediocre at best. If you want a drink you have to order it from the QR menu, and sometimes it just doesn't come. If you want a beer that's not in the QR menu though, you have to get up and go to the bar for that. When you order food, drinks, or beer it will automatically select a tip amount of 25% for the server. Explain to me why these servers need more than the average tip amount when they are essentially just kitchen food runners? Very sly, very shady. Maybe pay them better or something idk? Also good luck getting the drinks you order if they aren't beer from the bar and you didn't order it with your food. This was our first time here and we won't be back. I will also be telling others not to come here as well. The QR menu with no servers is the most disrespectful way you can tell your customers and employees you don't care about them you just care about money. Oh and the food pricing is badly overpriced but I'm guessing if you read this far you probably assumed that already. Normally I don't do bad reviews but this place is just comically pathetic.”

D & R Bbq & Catering
4.5
( 8 reviews )

135 N Creasy Ln, Lafayette, IN 47905, United States

“This was my first experience with D&R catering. I ordered pulled pork, deli sandwiches, fruit salad , salsa and vegetable tray. I should have tasted everything when I picked it up but I didn’t . The pork and the sandwiches were ok but the fruit salad was bad. I had to throw out two bowls, because it had already turned. I called and left a message but have never received any call back. So I would never recommend them to anyone.”

Jordans Fish And Chicken 86th St

3681 W 86th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268, United States

“Food always cooked fresh when ordered, food taste very good, fish, chicken, mozzarella sticks very good. Sometimes when you tell them little lemon pepper they may not put any on, lemon pepper takes the food to another level”
