Right off the bat the young guy at the register is not skilled in customer service but he’s a decent kid you can tell. 2. No Atmosphere what do ever and the cook young girl was very visible and I had to keep initiating questions because it was my first time there. The meat was good and generous portions. The pulled pork sandwich doesn’t come with coleslaw and the sauce is very very basic barely cracks the good zone. The ribs were were also generous but the seasoning wasn’t the best! Overall we give this overall experience a 4! We are from San Diego and we love barbecue the best place is still Lil piggies in Coronado ferry landing! It’s unbearable in the whole region! Blessings”

For little kids there is not much for them to eat, only rice and meat. no noddles, no veggies ( only cold salad ) no macaroni or kid's menu, 9 years old little girl charge $27.99 for my daughter she is 9 years old, only ate 10-15 thin pic beef belly, my son eat like 5 pic of beef, looking for something else, but there is not much choices, not worth it. my kids were hungry and ask me, if they have noodles or something else other than meat, there is only one steam egg my youngest daughter has it, that it~ the tofu soup are spicy, they can't even have it, one of the soup I don't remember what that call,, super Super salty....I'm still feel thirsty till now. So sad 2 adults 3 kids $100+ tips and tax I don't even know what I'm eating, in fact I might cook better bugogi beef at home. Only good thing for me to remember is their workers are nice and friendly. For the food Only tofu soup is good. Beef belly is good quality. If you like ice cream or dessert, and soft drinks, no need to come, if you have little kids only like to eat meat and rice, you can go~ We won't return to this BBQ again!”

“Really good bbq. Best beef ribs in town! Edit: After leaving my original review the owner commented that I was rude. Honestly I don’t recall being rude at all. My husband and I had a very nice conversation with the gentleman at the window (owner) actually while we waited for our food. Aside from the negative feedback that we received from the owner almost two weeks later, I will also add this. We went in around 6PM on a Monday and some of the items that we wanted were not ready and we were told it would be 1 hour for pork ribs and I believe 3 or 4 hours for chicken, so we opted for pulled pork instead because we simply could not wait that long for food. The food there is amazing! The owner (man at the window) is very friendly. Not sure why he would get on here and call us rude when I don’t believe we were. But we will more than likely go back and still recommend this place to other people even though we were given a poor review from the owner. Maybe he can tell us how we were rude the next time we’re there.”

The brisket and salad at this restaurant are delicious. And I grilled raw shrimp, which is quite fresh and large. The size of corn cheese is quite large. It was nice to grill mushrooms and pumpkins on the side together. I also recommend Korean beer. They were kind to me even though there were a lot of people, so I had a great meal time with my colleagues at work.”

Have to try the brisket and rib tips !!! The bbq beans are delicious as well. If you like banana pudding, you will love Robert Earl's. I don't care too much for banana pudding but theirs is different in a fantastic way. I actually ate this banana pudding. I LOVE peach cobbler and have yet to try theirs. I guess everyone loves theirs because every time I go it's always sold out. This place is really close to my heart because I went there with a huge last minute order and Robert Earl and his wonderful wife Tanya came through for us. I needed a catering order for a Celebration of Life. We discussed our options and they put us together a nice order that fit our budget. Not only did they fulfill my order and meet my requested accommodations, they showed genuine love for our family and event. No level of customer service could ever top that. They treated us, strangers, like family. For that I will be forever grateful and they will always be family to us.”
