“Hands down the best BBQ in the upstate. The ribs were fall off the bone good. My wife loves the smoked turkey and it's hard to find a BBQ place that serves it. The sides, man let me tell you. The sweet potato crunch, Mac and cheese, potato casserole, and corn pudding. The best we have had. They gave us complimentary sausage Very good. The owner is as nice as can be. He makes sure you're happy. I would recommend this place to everyone. We drove 45 minutes just to eat here.”

“Had a great meal! I'm a pretty big BBQ guy, I have a full meat shop in my barn. I picked up dinner for our large group, with about a 25 minute drive back to the house. We were very bummed that at 6pm on Friday they were out of ribs and Mac and cheese. So we picked different sides am entrees for the few that were affected. Food was packaged quickly, staff was very nice. Went through the whole order to make sure we got everything. I got the chopped plate, with Robs sauce and beans and cole slaw. I also got some sides of the hot and Lexington sauces to try. I liked Robs sauce, but the Lexington was my favorite. It is very similar to my sauce. I like my pork shredded more than chopped, but it had great flavor so I wasn't really disappointed. Beans were good. Cole slaw was great! We have already decided we will go again next year, but earlier so we can try the ribs.”

“My first time here. The wait was about 15 minutes for 4 plates. Our food was fresh. The macaroni and cheese was very good. The resturant was clean and plenty of seating. However we never got a refill on our drinks. They only had one lady waiting tables at lunch. I was not impressed. The owner even looked at us and saw we needed drink refills. My father got a refill for me to go. My dad likes this place but he was dissatisfied with the service. New customers are paying customers we should have had as good of service as the return customers.”
