“Reminds me a bit of Dinosaur BBQ back in the day in Harlem. Large open dinning room, with TV/projection on nearly every wall, plus band platform too. Now for the food, mildly smoked all around and not to the point of fall off the bone. Ribs had some chew, pulled pork was the best - lots of caramelized bits, chicken okay - almost dry, brisket needs more time but tender, sausage was second best. The sides were very good actually. Shrimp and grits were fantastic. Note, it's hard to find and requires quick exit onto shoulder to enter parking lot - look for the Chilis sign.”
