“Booked an appointment at 10am and there was no delay getting me on the seat for my haircut. Was served by Amirul, very detailed and professional barber. Understood clearly what haircut I wanted and delivered as expected. Whole session took about 30mins and can understand why they reject some customers who are late for their appointment, as it will affect the upcoming customer. So advice is to be on time if not don't make noise if they cancel you.”
