“I’ve always had a wonderful experience here, I just found out that they do not have air conditioning and haven’t for about a month at this point! I hope this review reaches some of the decision makers/ownership because getting that HVAC fixed as soon as possible might cost a bit more but I guarantee you are losing clients over this. Last time I was here the place was packed, today It was so slow I expected to see a tumbleweed roll through the middle of the store. I will certainly be steering clear of this location and take my business to Fort Worth or Dallas until the AC is fixed. To be fair they do have some portable units in there so it is bearable with all that extra air movement going around and fans etc. The problem is that as your hair is being cut the hair pieces are flying into your face and blowing all over the room… not a great experience this time around. All the staff were wonderful, professional, welcoming, etc.”
