“Attended on Christmas Day to watch the fire show and ended up having food here which was lovely. It was a set menu so we were unable to choose from the normal menu. However the food was still nice. The fire show is definitely worth a watch. You can sit on the beach on beanbags or reserve a table in the restaurant to ensure you can definitely see. As it is on the beach there is a lot of people trying to sell you things but this is no fault of the restaurant and it is the same in all bars / restaurants on the beach.”

“There are two clubs around this area which are considerably quality nightlife standards. Onyx and Route 66 gave me wonderful experiences. Also, I think the street food vendors outside the main have some decent bites too. The fried chicken is amazing, especially if you're already feeling tipsy.”

“The rooftop atmosphere and view is really really nice. The service was not very friendly, not very attentive and quick, which we haven’t experienced before in Bangkok. Pity! The food overall is quite expensive and unfortunately not worth the price. The main dish came before the starters. And also my friends food came earlier than mine so we didn’t eat together. The fresh veggie spring rolls came fried and are not good at all. The crab dumplings were okay and the scallops too. The main noddle dish was very spicy even though we said not spicy. My Prosecco didn’t have bubbles anymore! Overall we loved the location and the atmosphere but would definitely recommend to eat somewhere else. Such a pity!”

“Here twice during my short stay in this area of Bangkok. First time a solo effort, sat down and ordered a jug of beer and some chips.... service was fast, beer was good and the chips were damn tasty - very good. There was music from a young woman with a guitar, and I didn't catch her name, but she was also very good. Second time around, was with a friend, and we had drinks and chips again...…. The views are great, the atmosphere is top notch, good service, and the place is not pricey at all........... The only negative, is the menu is very hard to read......dark red in a dark setting, it not the best choice of colour - was difficult to see what exactly was on the menu!!! Overall, recommended nice place to relax as the sun goes down over Bangkok (and I saw on my way out they do have Guinness on tap too, ah well next time!)”
